A huge thank you to Mark in the Volvo service department for getting my Motability XC40 serviced, MOT’d with a new set of brakes and arranging a courtesy car for two days when motability took their time agreeing to the work. Great communication and understanding when it comes to supporting motability customers.

Walked in unsure of exactly what I was looking to purchase. Aaron was very patient and polite, helpful without being pushy, and able to provide answers to all of my questions both about the sales process and specifically the car. Followup service was timely and caring.

I recently purcahsed a Kia Sorrento from Kia in Bedford. From my intial enquiry to the collection of my car I can not fault the team at Kia Bedford. Luke guided me through all the options and at no stage did I feel like I dealing with a sales person more akin to a personal consultant on cars. He even call me after a week to ensure everything was OK and if I need any help on the multiple car settings to just pop back. I must also give a shout out to the Customer Service Team .. Again with no sales pressure, Linda guided me through all my future service options which are key to ensure the validity of the 7 year warranty . This was not required as I had already purchased the vehicle but shows that true customer care still exists when so many business just take your money and then close the door. Well done Team Kia Bedford. Tim

I purchased a Kia Sportage GTS automatic 2020 from an independent dealer. I have had a few issues with my new car which I chose to take to Bells Kia of Northampton and have to say that the service has been exemplary. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that to ensure that all of my issues have been resolved. Steve the Service manager personally attended to my issues on a couple of occasions and took the time to talk to me and explain everything they were doing to resolve the issues I reported. I would not hesitate recommending Bells Kia Northampton for their excellent customer service and maintenance of my vehicle. They are certainly excellent brand ambassadors

I found Aaron very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all questions so that they were easily understood. The paperwork was completed without any problems and the practical explanation of the car carried out so that I understood all the details of the car. A happy and professional experience.

Just bought a Kia Sportage and picked it up today. Gary who was our salesman was really good, patient and helpful to me. I didn’t feel pushed into buying the car at all. very pleased with the garage overall.

We collected our new Kia today. The whole process has been totally pain free (apart from payment of course!) mainly due to the help and service provided by Gary Page who talked us through all the options and has helped with setting up the technology. We would highly recommend Bells Kia

Took delivery of a new Kia Sportage yesterday. From the time we ordered the car (Feb 2024) until the collection date, Bells Northampton kept me informed of the progress of the order which was helpful. Big thanks to Jack Churcher for his time and patience in explaining the controls (there are many!) and for all his help along the way. Cheers Jack!

From the minute I sat down with Liam O'Leary at Bells Northampton I felt at ease. There was no sales pressure and his manner is absolutely charming. The Kia I was looking at was an automatic which I'd never driven and he patiently showed me how to use it. The test drive was perfect and with Liam's guidance I bought the Picanto. He is a charming young man and I'd recommend him to anyone. Thankyou Liam for a stress free experience.

The attention and help given on our most recent was second to none as it always is. Our second car is 24 years old a treasured Volvo C70 which has been cared for by Bells for the last 20 years. Service with a smile and a cup of coffee why would you want to go anywhere else. Sure the car had a couple of problems. All sorted now, thanks. Ron Ward

Online booking made it easy to get booked in with a reminder and day before check in making the drop off quick and straight forward. I did an early drop 8:30 but car wasn’t ready until 4:30. Would have been 5 stars if the turn around was quicker. Polite and honest from Georgia informing me of any issues that had been highlighted with the choice to continue or go elsewhere. Video walk through of the service which was great to see and refer to should I need to in the future. Thank you

I was really impressed with the service I received at Kia Bedford, when bringing in my car for a service. I had a great experience with Georgia, was greeted with a smile, very organised, offered to have my car cleaned and was called once my car was ready to be collected. When I arrived to collect my car I was greeted by Luke who I bought my car off over a year ago and he remembered my name and was asking how I was getting on with the car!

I took my Kia for its first service on Friday 26th July to Bells of Bedford. The experience was seemless, and both ladies on the service reception gave excellent service and were very helpful. This is my 4th Kia from Bedford, and I can honestly say I have always had great service. Keep up the good work!

Just picked my car up from Volvo Bedford ! First of all my car had not been washed and cleaned after the service ! No one had even noticed this had not been done until I mentioned it ! So I wait for over an hour to get this done to then find out the problem with the car had not been fixed and I have to return my car when someone knows more about how to service my car ! Thirdly the service warning light had not been reset ! I was thinking of buying a Volvo as a second car but I will not be doing this now !! p.s. UPDATE……I’ve just phoned the garage up to see why the windscreen wash hasn’t been filled either, to find out eventually……. THE CAR HADN’T BEEN SERVICED!!! Basically, it just sat at Bells for a day and they managed to change the windscreen wipers and nothing else!! Quite frankly, I’m lost for words!! 🤬
