Had an issue with a broken wire to a connector with no spare wire to splice onto, contacted the Northampton branch and spoke with Luke, top marks for his customer service, a couple of emails to determine the connector needed and priced up, part ordered and arrived exactly when stated, top marks to Luke!

Bought a new Kia Sportage from Jade at Bells Kia in Bedford. There was no hard sell and she was very helpful throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. Only downside was the length of wait for the car but that is Kia's issue and not Bells.

Took my Volvo in for service and was met with unfailing courtesy and helpfulness throughout the process. Waited in a comfortable area with coffee while Mark Knight serviced the car and gave excellent feedback including a video.

Just wanted to leave a review about the superb service I received from Bells Motor Group and Jack in particular. I've now got my car and I couldn't be happier with it. The service I received from Jack from start to finish was first class and the little unexpected extras like fitting car mats without me asking and putting half a tank of fuel in my car were very much appreciated. It doesn't cost them a lot but it creates a positive buying experience. I'm so glad I decided to buy my new car from Bells.

We recently purchased our 2nd Volvo from Bells Motor Group. The showroom is lovely and welcoming. The team were all very helpful and accommodating. Callum was extremely friendly and helpful making our decision. He made the whole process quick and easy.

I have just received my new Kia Sportage and am so happy with it, Aaron who helped me choose the car was so polite and helpful through the whole process and kept me informed at all times and made the handover so straightforward, I would highly recommended Bells Kia and Aaron.

James Gibbs from your sales team has been very efficient informative and reassuring throughout. We had to wait 6 months for manufacture and delivery of the vehicle. James was up front and transparent about all aspects and fielded my various emails requiring reassurances with professionalism and understanding. He is a very engaging individual and I felt comfortable and reassured in my dealings with him. A tremendous asset to your company .

Picked up our motability car Monday 19th August.. absolutely delighted with our new kia niro..Gary Page was so helpful and a nice guy overall.. we were treated very well and Gary made us feel at ease no pressure... I would recommed this showroom and the kia ... two very Happy customers

I purchased my first EV from Kia Northampton back in 2021 and was impressed with the service I received. Almost 3 years later I found myself in the Volvo showroom talking to Andrew Sanders with a view to changing to an EX30. Andrew was patient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, in fact all of the reasons I was impressed with Bells in the first place. I eventually concluded the EX30 was not for me as it was not big enough for my needs. I turned round in the showroom to notice a nearly new C40 in wonderful condition. The car had everything I needed so through Andrew, my wife and I arranged a test drive and we fell in love with the car and collected it last week. The whole process with Andrew was seamless and wholly professional and my wife and I will always be grateful to him for his help. Bells are unique in so far as they do not belong to a large corporate conglomerate and this shows when you are dealing with them. They are customer focussed like few organisations are these days and you come away feeling that you mattered to them and to the customer, this is extremely important and it gives you that feel-good factor. Thanks once again to Andrew and all the team at Bells who we met on our journey, your friendliness and customer service is second to none.

I cannot recommend Kia - Bells Motorgroup enough. From start to finish, James Gibbs gave exemplary customer service and was a joy to talk to. It’s refreshing to find someone with integrity, transparency, compassion and professionalism. Every time James promised to contact he did, no question was daft and he went above and beyond to support me through the process. Every step was explained clearly, patiently and with empathy for my family’s needs. I haven’t experienced customer service as good as that in a very long time and he’s a total credit to the company. I’m over the moon and hope James can see what a positive impact he had - I’ll be forever grateful for his kindness.

We were in the market for a KIA EV9 and Jake kindly arranged a test drive. He was amazing over the phone and even better in person. He made us feel really welcome and the test drive was a joy (unlike Bedford Audi down the road!). We never felt rushed and after the test drive we looked at options and had the opportunity to go round a model they had in the showroom. Jake was so helpful!!! We’ve normally gone for German cars but I’ve hated the service at these dealerships in recent years. Jake totally bucked the trend!!! We’ve now ordered the EV9 and may be back at KIA Bedford next year to order a replacement for our other car…hopefully through Jake! If you’re looking to buy a KIA and live anywhere near Bedford, call up and ask for Jake!
