I was most impressed from the start of my problem to the end result. The person I booked the appointment with listened and recorded exactly the issue so when I arrived for the appointment it was on the job sheet. The technician came to speak to me too as it was not a simple, common problem but he appreciated it wasn’t acceptable. He did a quick check and found the probable cause instantly. But he reassured me that if it was still an issue, to bring the car back and they would investigate further. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you Shriya and Taylor.

A great sales team, so good in fact I've bought 4 cars from them, unfortunately let down by their service after sales dept. So, long story short, bought from them in April '24, approved used , serviced by them and warrantied. 6 months and 4000 miles later, engine warning , oil overfilled , service required.!! Returned immediately to them, only to be told by service manager 'that happens', it'll need 1/2 litre removing or a new oil service. Not due a service for 6 months, so was told I would be charged £82 (1/2 Hour labour) to remove 1/2 litre of oil. How is any of this down to me...? I never over filled it, it was supposed to have been serviced and correctly filled with oil, all other vehicles have been similar diesel Volvo's and never required this. So, i will think twice before returning for a fifth car. I have sympathy for the sales dept, they go over and above with their customer focused service, only to be let down by their service dept

This was the second annual service for our Kia EV6. The booking process was pretty smooth. On the day of the service, was welcomed by Georgia Cooper very nicely, she patiently listened to a couple of queries about the car, contacted the relevant person in the service department. The car service was done to our satisfaction. Received a link to a video, explaining the service details of the car. Car was valeted. Overall, great experience. Thank you

I have been searching for a used car for around 2 months and was finding the process frustrating. The customer service experienced at Bells Kia by Luke Burdett was excellent and made the whole process easy and stress free. He was professional, very easy to deal with and made the process of purchasing the Kia Rio a pleasure. The car was in an excellent condition and was at a good price. Luke was honest and courteous through out and gave a 5 star service that couldn’t be faulted. I have purchased 6 previous cars from other brands through dealerships, however Lukes service was the best. I can highly recommend Luke and Bells Kia and I am very pleased with my new car.

A personal thanks to Steven Wick in the service dept for the first class way he handled our issue and how he went above and beyond to resolve it. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Steven again and feel confident that he along with his service team would continue to provide us with the same level of service we received this time around Thank you Steven and also thank you to Asfor in the professional way in which you delivered and collected the car despite being so far away

I purchased a New Sportage, collected the vehicle from Northampton on 27th May 2024. 3 weeks later problems started, warning lights, in amber then Red, for a number of things. (Collision sensor, in Red, tyres, warning triangles, tyre pressures are correct yet orange lights flashing on dash for all tyres.) Rear seat belt buckle fitted the wrong way round, (not twisted belt!) buckle fitted back to front. Kia Northampton, Service not helpful at all, and I've heard nothing from the Sales associate, Gary, just out of common courtesy. And booking it in to be looked at and has been a waiting game, as appointments offered are 4 weeks away. Unable to offer a loan vehicle or offer of collecting from my home. Because of waiting so long, I called RAC to attend, but even they cannot rectify issues, however they did take the shrouding off, the engine, last month.

Had my Sportage serviced at KIA Northampton earlier this week and the service was first class. Friendly, efficient and timely, could not fault it. Shri Patel was brilliant, top marks all-round.

I submitted a review on Trust pilot at the beginning of the month which was forwarded on to Bells Motor group. I received a response from them on the 3rd October assuring me that they would look into it and be in touch. I’m still waiting which only endorses my first review!

I had an issue with the rear window water jet on my car. It was originally reported that the nozzle was broken, but only blocked. The lady at the front desk, Shri, was very professional and helpful throughout. It would have been a five-star review if the service depart had reported it correctly.

Bought a 2nd hand Kia Sportage. It's been a nightmare from start to finish. I've had five repairs to the same recurring fault in six months. Now Kia are refusing to honor the warranty, and the fault still hasn't been fixed. Don't buy a Kia!!!

Searching through Autotrader for a used Kia with the right spec and in the right colour had resulted in several fruitless journeys. Would a 120-mile roundtrip to Bells Kia be different? Yes-and It was great to find the right car as described in the advert and to benefit from Gary Page's handling of the transaction. Gary was informative, friendly and even fun making the purchase altogether very enjoyable. I left with the car I wanted with a great warranty and at a good price. I say visit Bells for a 5-star experience.
