Called to say had engine warning lights and running in limp mode on my XC40. Advised to get Volvo Assistance to recover my car to them. Arranged this and car taken Monday evening. Called Bells the following morning to advise that i had arrange for the car to be delivered to them. Was advised someone would call me later. Several hours later i called again as i had not heard from them. Advised that car was not with them so i chased Volvo assist. Car arrived late Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning received a call advising of the issue and was advised that the details would be emailed over to me so i could decide how to proceed. Called back Wednesday twice and unable to get through, left messages. Called them again throughout the day on Thursday as no emails had arrived and no one had returned my calls. Left several messages as could not get through to speak to anyone. Finally late Thursday afternoon managed to get through and was advised they would call back. Eventually received the call and was advised had been very busy and was not aware that i had left several messages! Poor customer service!

On Friday 29 November we visited the Northampton showroom for a test drive of a Kia with salesman Matt. Although we were not able to complete a deal - the car wouldn't fit in our driveway! - we can only praise Matt who went the extra mile on our behalf to help. Highly recommended.

From the very first minute walking into the dealership, Luke looked after us, from valuing our part exchange, to organising the purchase of our brand new Kia sportage (which we absolutely love) The car even arrived ahead of schedule, and on day of collection Luke set up our phones to Kia Connect, nothing was too much for him, to top it off we was even given a full tank of fuel to enjoy our trip home straight away! The best treatment I've ever received for a car service. Mark Knight (Senior Service Advisor) greets you with a welcoming smile and gets down to business straightaway checking that your pre-supplied details and requirements have not changed and whether or not you'd like the car cleaned afterwards. It's then just a question of waiting for the service to be completed sitting in Bells comfortable sales/service reception area with a complementary cup of coffee made by one of the staff and a biscuit. When the service was completed, Mark informed us that it was just going to be cleaned and would be ready shortly. When it was ready, he showed us exactly where it was and wished us well. I'm lucky in that when I purchased the car used in March it also had a 5-year service plan, so there was nothing to pay, even the clean was free and it was a really good job. Couldn't fault the treatment I received and Mark added to the satisfaction. Well done Bells Volvo of Bedford.

I have just collected my second Motability car with Bells Kia. I chose to stay with them, because the service has been brilliant and the people are very helpful. I also love the little Picantos. Not many dealerships have smaller cars in petrol available on the scheme, so this has been perfect for me!
My experience was good as I felt not pressurised. The salesman, Luke was very helpful and experienced. Previously, I had been to another Kia garage and they were not helpful so I found this experienced good. I ended up buying a car and picked it up yesterday. The transfer from my car to new went smoothly. Staff were welcoming and willing to assist. The show room lovely and clean and always offered a hot or cold drink. Makes the experience pleasurable. Great experience upgrading my car with Bells Kia recently. Super helpful from as soon as we arrived, ending up with a brand new car at no additional cost to us than the secondhand one that was on offer so very happy!
