Excellent service as always from Bells Kia Bedford today. Especially from Georgia Cooper who was excellent on the service desk and kept me well informed throughout the day. :)

I have been looking to replace my car for sometime and decided to take the plunge to go electric. I was fascinated with the KIA proposition and the EV6 following some excellent reviews and feedback from family and friends. Gary Page at Bells KIA made the whole process of buying my chosen EV6 remotely, very professionally and so seamless. He explained the process and the cars main features, without any pressure which gave me sufficient confidence to pay for the car without even visiting the showroom. When finally making a visit to collect my car, everything ran like clockwork and the car continues to deliver above my expectations. My last 3 cars have been high end BMW's and I think a wheel has fallen off their attitude and customer care. I do believe KIA is a new motoring force to witness. Thank you Gary John W

I definitely hate having my car serviced here. My car was there to replaced ERAD electric motor, it stayed there for 3 weeks, and after picking up the car, there were numerous problems - starting with broken clips or missing. Noise from untightened chassis components. The worst problem I was left with was still some strange noise coming from the right side of the chassis. After 1.5 months after the replacement, I managed to make an appointment and check where the noise was coming from, I left the car for the whole day, no one came back to me with any news, before the end of the day the car was left there overnight, no one informed me about anything, and we are talking about a top car from the Volvo S90 T8 recharge Inscription family. I called there several times and no one answered the phone. In the morning I also started calling and still no one answered the phone. So I went to visit. I only found out that the technician who dealt with the repair got sick and went home and he won't be here today either, so they won't check anything and they can schedule another visit for me in 1 month. It irritated me a lot, but I'm fine. One month has passed and it turns out that I have to urgently go abroad by car because my grandfather has cancer and is dying. So I call and say if it is possible to move the appointment 1 day earlier to check if I can safely drive 1600 km abroad, if the car is in working order, wait a minute and the lady says no. Unless I bring the car to them today and they pay me back in two days, I say fine, but do you have a replacement car? I need to get back from Bedford to Dunstable with something. No, we have not. ok, I say, and on Thursday, when I have this appointment, can you take care of my car first in the morning? A moment of silence, I'll check, and you say no, the technician has many cars. I don't know if the service at such a poor level is due to the fact that I am Polish?! Reading other opinions, you may think so because this is not the first such situation. Generally, Volvo service in this country is at a very low level. If you care about good service and trouble-free use of your car, do not buy a Volvo in the UK and certainly not in Bedford.

The Volvo service desk run by Mark who is very helpful and efficient in getting your servicing needs sorted. With a good knowledge and he also is backed with a good team of specialists. Bells volvo is an excellent place to go.

This is the first time I've bought a car without seeing it but the photos were good and aaron was very helpful we picked a delivery date and it was delivered on the day and time we arranged the car was spotless inside and out the delivery driver was very pleasant and took me through the workings of the car would definitely buy a car from this dealer again

Took my Kia to Bells for a service and MOT. The whole process from booking it in to collecting it was very smooth. A courtesy car was sorted for me which was great. On the day, Georgia sorted everything out for me wonderfully and kept me informed of the progress. Car was left lovely and clean too!

Had an issue with gearbox. Spoke to Bells who confirmed the warranty was still in date, arranged to drop car off. Had clear communication from Bells at every stage. Georgia and her colleague kept us up to date with progress. Had a pleasant surprise when we were told all the work was completed earlier than expected. Collected next day, no payment due as the warranty covered all the work. Happy days!!! Thank you Bells.

My car had its three year service yesterday and, as always, the service provided was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the car was ready for me at the agreed time and all required work was completed effectively

I took my Volvo in for a Service and the whole experience was quick, easy and convenient. From booking the car in online, to dropping off on the day of the service and for the team having the car ready at the requested time. Thank you in particular to Mark who dealt with the car on the day. Fantastic service as always!

We visited Bells Motor Group to purchase a used car. The ambiance of the show room was welcoming and we were seen very quickly. We explained what we were looking for and the sales person listened and showed us a range of vehicles which met our specifications. We felt listened too and were sure we were in capable hands. We were given plenty of time to make a decision and ask questions. At no time did we feel pressured to make any decisions. Plenty of drinks were available and we felt valued as customers. The whole process has been seamless. We were even picked up from the station so we could collect our car.I would thoroughly recommend this company.

An excellent process in buying the car from the initial look and test drive through to taking it away. Liam, despite being new to the job, did a great job, was patient and got extra help from his colleagues when needed - which wasn't often. Very pleased with the EV6 and would recommend Bells and Liam based on this experience.

Great overall buying experience. We found our search for a Car very pleasant and really felt like Liam listened to our needs in a Car and managed to produce. Liam couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to get the Car turned around and ready very quickly for us which was a lifesaver. Felt very assured about Kia’s values and aftercare.

Had my car recently serviced. Asked Georgia if they could check my wiper washers, as not spraying properly. Washers were checked and required a new part. Georgia ordered and I returned my car the next morning, and waited whilst new part was fitted. Offered to help ourselves to tea, coffee or any cold drinks whilst we waited. All work on my car done under warranty too, which I really didn't expect. Georgia was excellent and lovely to deal with from start to finish. We have had nothing but excellent service from Bells kia since purchasing my used kia ceed, which wasn't even from them. A lovely dealership. Will definitely be looking for our next car from them.
