I ordered a shoes 4 days ago and they haven't shipped yet. I tried to contact customer support via multiple Chat & call, but never contacted anyone or no one called me back. And their live chat service don't even let me complete the request.
This website is a scam. I ordered 2 helmets and they only shipped me one helmet. Even the FedEx invoice shows that 1 box was shipped and it had the dimensions to fit one helmet. I tried calling but they do not answer the phone...you can only leave a message and they didn't call me back after I left a message. I filed a ticket using their online system...but still no response. I was charged almost $100 per helmet so they still owe me $100 for the helmet I did not receive. I filed a claim with my credit card company. I will never order from them again. Maybe this review will get their attention and they will finally call me to correct the order.
Customer service just does not exist. Be prepaired if you have any issues with your package you spend days not to resolve the issue but just to hear 1 response from someone with some general info... terrible experience. Very surprised they are still in business, will never ever order something from their store

Products are decent. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen from a company! I ordered a bike rack and realized the hitch size was wrong. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped so that I would not lose out on the shipping cost after I returned it. I spent 5 days trying to reach a human and would only get bots. I emailed, called, live chat, and even took an "appointment to have a bike expert call me." Not a single human got in touch with me once! Finally, some guy named Kenneth told me, via email, that my order was canceled and I would see a refund. 24 hours later, I got an auto generated email saying that my order has shipped. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. Personally, I will never buy a product from this company again because the customer service has been so poor and unprofessional.
Good bike, terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for the bike, the card was charged immediately, but no information on ship date, tracking number or any reference in my ORDERS page on the website…there’s still NO history so, it’s like I’ve never ordered anything that cost over $3K. On the 10th business day I started calling the customer service line, using the automated text and conversation tool…ALL BOTS. Two days of promised callbacks — nothing. At this point I figured I was SCAMMED. I disputed the charge with my bank, the next day I get an email saying the bike will arrive today — and it did. My son really likes the bike, I worry if I ever have to use the 5 year warranty, cause I couldn’t get a person to replied or call me back — just BOTS. I’m shopping for a bike for me, I’m undecided whether to give BikesOnline another change…I like the product, the service is an emotional rollercoaster.
I had a great experience. I bought my kids their first mountain bikes and we are very happy with the quality and shopping experience. It arrived on time, just before Christmas. One of the boxes had a big dent on it, but it was packaged well inside so there were no issues. Will definitely use this company again in the future.
I have bought two bikes from bikes on line. I have had good luck with the bikes but the service is terrible any more. I am trying to get parts to repair my Sisku T8 I have contacted them 5 times now with no response. They have a chat bot that answers the phone and answers the emails. Not sure what happened they use to be a good company to deal with.
The price was great, the ordering process easy, shipping was fast with automatic updates, and the bike was boxed up very well. Gears and brakes were adjusted perfectly, assembling easy (good instructions were provided as well) and the Polygon D7 has been a blast to ride; it has a no-nonsense, simple and unpretentious feel which is all I’m looking for in a bike. Great value for the price. I would buy from Polygon again.
The bike I ordered arrived with a flat tire that would not hole air. It took almost a month for the replacement inner tube to arrive, and I really did not enjoy the hassle of waiting so long and having to replace the inner tube before the bike could be ridden. This also took us beyond the 30 day return window, so if other problems arose once we could try the bike out I don’t know how it would have been addressed.
I have MTB’ed my whole life but a friend has been encouraging me to get a road bike. After lots of research, I went with the Strattos S7X as my first road bike. With about 10 minutes of putting together, I was up and going. After a 100 miles on it, I am loving it and am now a big POLYGON fan. Can’t recommend highly enough for those wanting to spend less than 2k on a road bike. Highly satisfied. I am going to go with wider tires and tubeless but other than that, it’s ready to roll.
Just stick to bike shops or verified, trustworthy online shops. I placed my bike on order before the holidays (always expect delays), I had to open a PayPal dispute (because after 3 weeks with the shipping status was still in the 'Pick' category) to receive an answer from their team. They heavily use AI chatbots (to ill-effect) and the likelihood of talking to an individual is very slim. After their response, they agreed to refund me my purchase amount. A week after still nothing so I had to open another PayPal dispute regarding the lack of refund. After two PayPal disputes and over a month of waiting I finally got a refund. Just find another bike elsewhere and save the hassle and frustration of working with an AI company.
Everything went smooth with the purchase of a new bike at bikesonline. My bike arrived fast, and it is an amazing bike. Before I bought the bike I wanted to talk to someone at this online store so, I had to set up a time a representative to call me to talk to me about bike sizing. Great costume service. I am really happy about the whole transaction.
Shipping was fast, communication was good throughout the order, and assembly was easy! My son totally loves the Siskiu D24. Great components and geometry. Suspension is super plush and fits him just right. Stoked the he finally has a bike that can keep up with his level of riding. He’s now out there side by side with me and it won’t be long and I will chasing him!
My daughter is so hyped for this bike! It’s a big upgrade from her little LOL Surprise bike. She now asks, “Dad, can I go ride my bike? I’m craving my bike.” The bike shipped fast, it was easy to put together, it’s got a solid construction, it looks super-cool, and it’s very lightweight compared to a steel equivalent. I’m very happy with this choice and so is my daughter.
I do not think there is a customer service for customers. I purchased a Ebike with some extra parts that I’m not going to use so I have called over 10x with no response except a AI voice the does not give you the information you need. I drove over 160 miles to the shop in Carlsbad Ca only to have no one answered the door to come in. It’s now been over the 30 day retains I’m out $162 in parts and $70 in gas to drive to Carlsbad. I’m sorry but I will never purchase anything or suggest to someone buy something at bikesonline ever.
My new Polygon Siskiu D7 is awesome from the short ride I was able to fit in before snow, can't wait for spring. The sizing tool was good but then Bikes Online was a huge help making the fit perfect when they really didn't have to since everything was as advertised. Customer Service Bob & Landon were excellent
The bike shipped fast and was easy to assemble. Once it was ready to ride, everything was working great. Will consider this shop again in the future.
My only complaint was FedEx through the box on its side busting the derailleur hanger .The box was open upon me receiving it. Due to the paper tape that was used to seal the Box.I had to contact you guys giving you the serial number and the order number and pictures in order to get a replacement derailleur hanger .I could not go on a church bike ride that was previously planned due to my bike was busted upon receiving it. I was completely crushed by this and nobody really seemed to care. So I highly recommend to anybody that wants a new bike to go to their local bike shop to purchase one there and to avoid purchasing them online. Because those that are shipping your products don't care about the consumers product. I've also read multiple complaints about people's bikes being busted upon receiving
