anyone looking to upgrade their current rig, and perhaps even first starting out should consider Bikesonline, and the marin line. with the exception a hangup with fedex- they are brutal- everthing from selection to payment and shipping, to my first ride was seamless. the packing system protected the bell incredibly well! full 5/5 reccomendation!!!
I recently purchased a bike from BikesOnline.com, and the experience has been deeply frustrating and aggravating. Upon delivery, the bike arrived damaged with missing parts, rendering it unusable. This was especially disappointing given I had plans for a trip that weekend, which were ruined due to the bike's condition. I reached out to their customer service for assistance, only to be greeted by a bot named Bob. Although Bob acknowledged my issue, the response was delayed by almost 12 hours with a promise that a member of the Tech/Warranty team would contact me. This added to the frustration, as there seems to be no direct way to speak to a human for immediate resolution. My complaint about the damaged and incomplete product was met with a request for patience while my case is reviewed. This approach to customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait indefinitely for a resolution, nor should they struggle to communicate with a real person about significant issues like receiving a damaged product. The entire process has been a terrible experience. It’s not just about the damaged bike and the missing parts; it's about the lack of prompt, human customer service and the inconvenience of not having a bike for my already paid-for trip. This situation reflects poorly on BikesOnline.com's commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
The site is easy to navigate, great options to purchase thru payments, and the shipping was fast! This was my 2nd bike purchase and I'll go back when I'm ready for my next one!
My experience with bikes online was amazing. I added the bike to the cart, filled everything out. All I had to do was hit purchase, but I left it on that page for over 5 hrs. Got an email they were holding it for me. I got a call from Juan to see if I was having issues with anything or second thoughts. I then explained to him, that I have a wife and you don't hit that purchase button till she says yes. Finally I had permission, this company was so great to work with, answered any questions I had, and they watched the shipping until it arrived at my door step. They contacted me multiple times when the package was delayed a day. Even contacted FedEx. The people were wonderful, and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you and I am grateful for my experience. You all were wonderful
Bate and switch do not buy from this company at all paid 1800 dollars for a 2024 t7 bike and they switched out the parts that were advertised for real cheap ones will not help me at all and customer service just keep going on about you should have looked at the disclaimer that they can switch out the parts but the parts are not better cheaper and bad this is how they can sell the bike so cheap you get what you pay for buy at your local bike shop you will be much more satisfied and won’t regret buying

Buying the bike was fine, trying to get warranty issue resolved was not. Blamed me for how they put the bike together. I won't buy from them again. I won't discourage others but will caution them.
It was a great experience. Expected some minute troubles with shipping and they were prevalent. But bikes online was there to comp. Every step of the way. Paid for the wheels to be trued, brakes, rotor. Then piled on a gift card on top of paying for all repairs. If you want to avoid the haggle and price of your local shop. Buy from bikes online.
This has been the worst company I have every dealt with in my life. Purchasing was the easy part and pray that you do not run into any issues like I did. If you have issues, you will NOT be able to get to a live person.... you deal with bots after bots, which is super frustrating considering you paid a thousand + for the bike. The live chat on the site is a fake, you will not be able to live chat. The book a call is also a fake. I booked a call, two people ghosted me. I decided to return the bike within 30 days due to couple of issues and I was told (over email) that I need to pay for original shipping of $79.... REALLY?!!! The bike had issues but I need to pay.... get the *beep* out of here.... bad company that's NOT on customer's side. I would recommend no one orders from this place.
Upgraded my road bike. Online chat bot was the best chat experience I've had. Responsive like a person and knowledgeable for my questions. Shipping was great. Product is great. I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade my MTB.
I was sent the incorrect bike. I tried to contact them and got the run around from Bob the Bot the automated system response. I've spent the entire afternoon trying to get a response. I wouldn't do business with them again even for 1/2 price. The fact a human can't call about a 2100 purchase snafu is insane.
Buying experience was good, delivery was on time and very little effort putting together the bike. Overall Satisfied customer. One recommendation is to mention the bike color customers will be receiving when purchasing the bike. My A9X was showing black color when I purchased it but when delivered it was PRISM color.

I ordered a bike for my son last minute (Dec 16th) and estimated arrival date was a day or two after Christmas. To my pleasant surprise, tracking updated that it would be here Christmas Eve. I then received an email that it would be delivered even 2 days before that! California to Massachusetts in just a few days. There was a promo for $100 worth of free products (great deal! )with the bike purchase. I chose a helmet. The helmet didn’t arrive with the bike (not a big deal because it was free and I was happy to have the bike before xmas!). I emailed them Christmas night and had a reply the same day! I provided them with details of product and order #. Within 2 days they had great communication with me and resolved the issue and the helmet is being shipped and they sent me tracking number. Bike was in perfect condition and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

That's a different review, but suffice it to say that I am very pleased. It's better than I had anticipated. I am referring friends to BikesOnline.
