Apr 14,2025Renting from Blue Car was simple and easy. Being able to just pick up the key and go was so convenient. I would suggest putting a better sign to point toward where the lock boxes are located. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a warning light on in our car as soon as we got in and they helped and ensured all would be fine. The car was clean and comfortable.

Apr 14,2025Quick and efficient pick-up. Car worked fine and the communication before and after the rental was food. Our only complaint was that the tool to remove snow and ice from the windows was not really functional (missing a part).

Apr 14,2025Great communication and help over email for any questions/queries I had leading up to the rental, full instructions sent to you for easy early key box pick up and drop off made it a breeze picking up the car and dropping off when finished, reliable safe car took us everywhere we needed to go with no problem, on our next trip to Iceland we will definitely be using blue car rental again

Apr 14,2025Pro We dont need go to customer service to pick up key Everything run smoothly and fast Cons One minor notes, i ordered booster seat but i can not find them in the car. Lucky it was still an office hour so i can ask someone in the office Also i got a park parking fine. Not Blue rental fault. Maybe Blue can add some information about park parking in some popular area that sometimes not visible where to pay. Because not everyone aware about this especially they are not visible

Apr 14,2025The rental process was very easy at arrival in Iceland. The car was a bit high on miles and had a few bumps on the doors and chips on the windshield but it run well. The return process was very easy as well.

Apr 14,2025We had a great experience with Blue Car Rental. We picked up the car at the airport, everything went smoothly with the keybox pick up. The car itself was well maintained, clean and up to date with the weatherconditions in Iceland (studded tires). Drop off went smoothly as well and the person at the desk was really friendly and helpfull. 10/10 Will rent again here.

Apr 14,2025100% recommend Car was exactly as we expected, during 8 days no issues at all. Everything worked well. As we arrived we found out that our car has been swapped for a different one (as per the terms and conditions) but it had smaller trunk. We approached on site employee, she was very helpful and resolved the situation with a smile.

Everyone is very kind and helpful, and the car we receive is always in perfect condition. Picking up and returning the keys goes smoothly.
