Mar 07,2025Driving in Iceland can be stressful enough at times, so waltzing into the collection area, picking up the keys and driving off was a breath of fresh (Icelandic) air! Taking it back took even less time, just parked up and handed back the keys - sorted. Would definitely use again. Go for the zero liability package if you can.

Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free, and there were no hidden fees. The vehicle performed perfectly throughout my trip, making my journey comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Blue Car Rental and will definitely use their services again in the future

Mar 07,2025Huge plus for the quick pick up with the key box, no waiting time either when withdrawing the vehicle or returning it. the after-sales service is available and answered all my questions quickly before arriving on site. the vehicle was perfect, clean! We had taken out full insurance with assistance, which allowed us to have a peaceful stay. I recommend it , the service , the car everything was perfect .

Mar 07,2025Loved the selection of cars, seamless pickup from the key box, and hassle free drop off. We ordered a wifi device and it was right on the dash, ready to go. The gas savings fob was great too. They were perfectly communicative and provided lots of information on helpful driving tips. We loved our experience with Blue and will definitely rent from you again!

Mar 07,2025We had a great winter holiday across the sothern Iceland. Our Dacia Duster has been very comfortable and allowed us to drive safe also in adverse weather conditions such as snow storms. The pick-up and drop-off operations have been very simple and fast. We hope to come back soon!

Mar 07,2025Easy pickup, except no fun to wait out in the cold for the bus over to their office. Bus was over crowded. After arriving at office, having the keys in a lockbox and following the arrows to your car was quick and easy. The GPS didn't work, the wifi did so I could use my phone for the maps. Thevwifi screen was scratched and very hard to read to connect to my phone for maps. It woukd be nice ifbthey labeled thevwifi password on the case so it was readable. I actually had to take a photo and enlarge it and it was still hard to read and took a couple tries ( I do have good eye sight).When I turned in the car at the Reykjavik city location the return was supper easy, they credited me for the GPS that didn't work and called a taxi for me.
