Feb 19,2025Heard lots of reviews about Blue online prior to a trip to Iceland. Site was easy to navigate , good choice of cars, got exactly what was described, add on extras were worth it. Clear easy instructions to pick up and drop off, car was a great to drive in bad weather. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back to Iceland and would most definitely use Blue again when we do go back.

Feb 19,2025We hired a car from Blue Car Rental for a 5 day holiday to Iceland back in November. The ordering process was simple. We took out some of the extras such as extended insurance as a just in case, although we never needed to make a claim it was good to have that peace of mind. The collection point was only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal building and the collection process was simple, we were a bit early but we were able to collect anyway from the key lockers in the collection point. The car itself was comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. Dropping off the car was simple, there were staff on hand awaiting people to arrive, we simply needed to drop the keys off at the desk and leave the car at the entrance. You hear horror stories with car rentals but we have none. If and when we visit Iceland again I will most certainly look to rent from Blue Car Rental again.

Feb 19,2025Wir freuen uns immer sehr, bei blue car zu buchen. der Buchungsprozess ist sehr einfach und schnell. Wenn ich Fragen habe, kann ich mailen und sie werden immer sehr zügig beantwortet. Auch wenn wir das Auto abholen, sind die Mitarbeiter immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch unterwegs, wenn es mal Probleme mit dem Auto gibt, können wir immer bei blue car anrufen und es wird versucht, zu helfen. Wir hatten noch nie Probleme, auch wenn wir etwas ältere Autos gebucht hatten. Im Winter wäre es schön, wenn ein Eiskratzer, ein Handfeger und eine kleine Schaufel im Auto lägen...Das hilft bei viel Eis und Schnee ;)

Feb 19,2025Hassle free rental experience. We got stuck on a private road where the private owner was not willing to help at first. It was Christmas and the rental staff tried their best to find a solution. (Although it wasn’t possible😌)

Feb 19,2025Everything went very easily. Our plane arrived late, but it was easy to pick up the key from the locked box. The car was clean, worked flawlessly throughout the trip. The drop-off was also quick and easy. The people working there were kind, direct and helpful. If I have the chance to come to Iceland again, I will choose BlueCar again.

Feb 19,2025I spent the last few days traveling through Iceland in a rental car from Blue Car Rental. I even had the pleasure of driving two different cars, as one sensor didn't like the weather. The car was changed without any problems. Later, I was also helped to get out of the snow. The cars were in very good condition and well maintained. Thank you!

Feb 19,2025To start off originally booking the car was so simple and easy! Then we get to picking the car up at the airport and again, key pick up took us 2 minutes. The only downside was having to scrape all the fresh snow off of the car when we were picking it up as this took us atleast 10 minutes but thats no fault of the company as that is the expected weather in Iceland! The whole trip the car ran smoothly and made our trip so much more accessible. I would definitely book with Blue Car Rental again. Amazing experience!
