I had a new boiler fitted last week and I’m really pleased with how efficient and stress free Boilers R Us organised the whole process. From speaking to Chelsey in the office to the engineer fitting the boiler they were brilliant to deal with. I will 100% recommend them and use again in future. Thanks again guys.

Had a new boiler installed yesterday, very pleased with the overall service I received from Boilersrus. The admin staff was very helpful answering any queries I had and the engineers who came to fit the boiler was very professional, tidy and polite. Would highly recommend using Boilersrus fantastic local trustworthy company.
Avoid! Dreadful! Fitted a boiler in an area that could not be serviced. Had to get gas safe out who discovered 7 defects (3 were admin). Had to issue court proceedings over something that was so easy to amend. Shame it took that to get my service done. Duane sorted it out and was good - but so much unnecessary obstruction before this. Their behaviour was atrocious
After a well known multinational company advised that a new boiler was not suitable to be installed in the same position, we sort a second opinion from boilers r us. Dwayne came up with 3 options depending on what would be possible when the boiler was removed. Dean & Dave did a fantastic job in removing and installing a new boiler in the same position, without any problems. Everything was tested to make sure all was working correctly before leaving, all was left clean and tidy too. Couldn't find fault from contacting for advice to installation, would highly recommend.
Pete and Perry fitted a new radiator after my old one burst. They arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly. I would definitely use Boilers R Us again and would recommend them to friends.
An excellent service throughout. The new boiler needed to go in a new place and the engineers found a much more convenient and cost effective solution than another company had suggested in the past. The installation process went smoothly with minimal disruption. Dean and his coleague did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended!

Had a boiler and water tank installed 8 months ago. While initially happy. The water tank began to leak. Called BoilerRUs to resolve. Sent an engineer round to have a look. Was told would have to resolve on warranty. Fair enough. 2 weeks later still waiting for that call to let me know when my water tank would be fixed or replaced. Have called on numerous occasions to chase this up. I either get told someone will call me back and never do or don’t hear anything from them. This absolute ridiculous. Plovers poor customer service in this regard. Would not recommend.

I had a new boiler recently installed by Boilers R Us. The job was carried out as planned, beautifully executed and very competitively priced. I only give them a 4 start because to be a little local firm they have dependency of external engineers and sub-contractors for the auxiliary jobs which could cause unexpected delays. In my case the installation was delayed by 10 days after the appointed roofer forgot to turn up. It was not Boilers R US's fault but it took them 3 days to come back to me with a new appointment for the final completion. In the hindsight, I believe 3 days was completely reasonable, but there was a moment I sat with the beautifully installed spanking new boiler in the attic and wondering what is going on. So from my point of view Boilers R Us could invest a bit more on communication with its clients in the future then it will be a five star company. Despite the delay I can wholeheartedly recommend Boilers R US.
Extremely impressed with the service engineer. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He checked the entire system and ensured everything was working as it should be. Exceptionally clean and tidy as he went about his work.

Regular, yearly service after new boiler fitted few years ago. This year additional problem with a radiator - prompt, efficient, pleasant. Job sorted and all well. Particularly grateful to Chelsea in the office and the guys who visited. Mark
New boiler installed on the planned date - engineers arrived on time and work carried out without any problems - all areas were left clean and tidy and new system was explained before engineers left. Cannot fault the whole experience. Just need to learn how the thermostat works !!!
