First class service. Installation was good and I am very pleased with the boiler
Where do I start I had no hot water so called and booked an appointment lady on the phone very polite explained there is a charge of £110 which would come off the final bill when repaired,engineer turned up spent about 10 minutes looking at the boiler and said he was going to report back to the office about parts needed someone from the office rang and said I needed three parts but unfortunately one of the parts was obsolete so nothing they could do and took payment of £110. Not wanting to get another boiler as I am moving soon I decided to get a second opinion engineer came round diagnose the problem ordered the one new part and proceeded to repair the boiler all working fine. I informed Boiler R us and was told they apologise but we only use approved stockists not from online sellers(Euro boiler parts) I just think if you’re going to charge £110 then it should be repaired or there should be a discount rate if it’s just for the call out but cannot be repaired and also need to try a bit harder to find parts for customers.
I was very satisfied with the work and efficiency regarding the fitting of a new water heating boiler, the two young engineers were very friendly and gave helpful advise, the price charged was I reckoned to be overall very reasonable after several quotes from other companies, the job was done in good time and they cleared all the debris! will recommend to friends.

I was able to book a boiler service at short notice. On the day of the service, the guys were delayed at a previous job, but the helpful person at the office rang and gave me plenty of notice, so I could have rebooked, had this been an issue. The guys were personable, quick and efficient and, having called the office to pay by debit card, I was given the option to have a paper copy of the invoice and certificate. Having chosen only an electronic copy, the e-mail and attachment arrived almost immediately. I was extremely satisfied with the service.
What a fantastic company to deal with. Chelsey was so efficient and professional, she allocated an engineer who was at our property within an hour. Louai fixed the problem and had our hot water running again, he managed to explain it all to me (a very inexperienced person in boilers!) then was happy to speak with my husband on the phone to let him know why this had happened. I was really impressed with the service provide by BoilersRus. I had rung around for a couple of quotes prior to speaking to BoilersRus. Not only would I rate 5 stars for affordability but also for the service provided. Chelsey was really helpful, she provided me with support and guidance I didn't even knew I needed and went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. Perry came to service our boiler the very next day, he called when he was on his way which was really helpful to know. He was friendly, efficient and provided me with feedback following the service. I was then emailed the report soon after the service had been completed. I would definitely recommend using this company.
We had a new boiler installed by BoilerRUs late last year at a cost of almost £3,000. They were very helpful in selecting the right boiler and we thought it was a reasonable price compared with British Gas. The installation was arranged quickly given the corvid situation. Unfortunately we got a call on the day the system was to be fitted to say fitter was unable to come and arrange a date 2 days later. When the fitter arrived he seemed unsure of what he was doing and spent most of his time on his mobile. He eventually said he was finished and left, within two days the system was nor working and we contacted the office, they quickly got an other fitter to us and he got it started and noticed the original fitter had not fitted the extraction pipe and he would arrange for that to be done, but within an hour it had stopped again. They arranged for an other visit and the fitter said he could not resolve the problem and they would arrange for the manufacturer to visit to sort out the problem, a couple of hours later they phoned to say the visit could not be for 4 days, despite many calls to both BoilerRUs and Worcester we could not get this moved forward. When the Worcester engineer arrived he found the fault within 15 minutes, it was low gas pressure he issued us with a do not use certificate and arrange with the BoilersRUs fitter for the Gas provider to visit within an hour and got the system working, thought the extraction pipe had still not been done, this was fitted a few days later. Despite the people at their office trying their best we had 6 days without heat and hot water, for a family of 6 this was a hardship and we had to buy electric heaters to keep warm. This was a problem which should have been seen at the original installation or at least at the second visit and is totally unacceptable level of service, We have tried several times to get some compensation for this appalling service and have been ignored after our initial contact. I understand Corvid has made thing difficult for some companies but this service was terrible and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Efficient, punctual and competent engineer. Identified the problem immediately and replaced the timer. Quick and easy. Very happy.
This is the second time I have used Boilers 'R' Us and I must say I have been very satisfied of the high level of work. On this occasion the installation was on one my rental property's. Without any hesitation I knew to contact this company as my residential boiler has been running absoultly fine for the last 3yrs and their prices are competitive too!! Thanks again. I believe the engineers name was Louis.
Boilers R Us and the engineer (Louis) they sent was not only excellent, but respectful keeping all areas clean, communicated with us at all stages, answering and explaining any queries and worked so hard, no clock watching, more interested in providing an excellent service and making sure we as a family were able to have baths etc until he returned the following day.
I would recommend Boilers R us without hesitation. They are professional and Reliable.

We've had no trouble arranging appointments with Boilers R Us. They are easy to get hold of and so far we are very happy with them.
Found Boilers R Us through Worcester Bosch. Was given a date to suit me and an 8-12 time slot at time of booking. Engineer turned up before 9am, and went about his business quietly and efficiently. Showed me how to adjust the pressure and also fixed a radiator I thought was completely broken. Was able to pay by card which is a bonus these days. Invoice and Maintenance Checklist were e-mailed about 15 minutes after Engineer left. Highly Recommended.
I just can't fault them. The fitted the boiler a couple of years ago and we have had no issues until I had to top the pressure up and I over pressurised the system. One phone call and within three hours all sorted. I would and have recommended them to others,

Patchy after service. It took Boilersrus 3 months to incorrectly diagnose what was wrong with my parents boiler incurring over a dozen visits and it would appear some unnecessary work. My elderly parents were left in the cold for long lengths of time without heat or hot water with temperatures bottoming at minus 6 degrees C (with no heating over Christmas too). It was an electrician that finally sorted out the problem which was a fault with the boiler, which has subsequently been replaced by the supplier. I personally would never recommend this company. Following on from Boilersrus reply Vaillant have told us that when Boilersrus were installing the new boiler they did not change the pipework from the boiler which was necessary for the system to work correctly so an installation problem.
The Service engineer was polite, carried out a thorough service of my boiler. Thank you.
