Needed help urgently and it was a great relief when they came and got my heating running again. Their customer service is so receptive that you feel at home discussing with them. I intend to stay with Boilers R us for a long time because I'm very sure my Boiler/Heating needs will always be met, they are so reliable.

We had a need to get a service done quickly. I went for the nearest provider to the flat and within 2 days it was all done. A great service and would definitely recommend them.

Great job done, quickly arranged and fitted, quality workmanship. Amazing customer service, nothing was to little to ask. They even recommended a building company to help me renovate my entire home. Building company like boilers are us, have done a great job. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend going forward.

Frozen pipes, no heating and it’s the weekend! Boilers R Us responded to our 8 am Saturday morning call. Offered helpful advice over several phone calls that morning to get the heating running. First thing Monday morning Dave arrived - friendly, efficient, informative - job done with minimum fuss by lunchtime.

Boilers R Us really helped us in our hour of need and gave us a 5 star service. Our boiler broke down and we had no hot water, within 24 hours the parts were sourced and boiler repaired all at a reasonable price and at a time that suited us. Will recommend to anyone..

Massive thank you to Boilers R Us at Welling. Gave us peace of mind, especially during this cold winter, with installation of new boiler, heater and central heating service carried out to very high standard. Excellent informative, friendly and professional Customer Services from start to finish from all including Duane, Danielle, Richard and Lesley. Also fitters Louai and Dave were fantastic, professional, tidy and thoughtful during installation and tests etc . Stay safe and thanks again.

Our boiler stopped working at 10am, by 2pm the engineer had been out and fixed the issue. Really quick service, engineer was obviously very knowledgeable and everyone I spoke to was lovely and helpful.
