Jan 04,2021Our boiler broke down on New Year's Eve. We left a message and did not expect a response as it was after 6pm. We received a very helpful call and communication the following day to confirm visit for diagnostics. Both the subsequent visit and payment process were friendly and the service a level one expects but rarely receives. I'm optimistic that the remainder of our experience will be as helpful! Thank you very much.

Jan 02,2021I recently had my boiler replaced by Boilers R Us, not only was the price very competitive, but they were able to fit very quickly. The engineer was very good, ensuring everything worked perfectly, making sure i fully understood how it worked, and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again should i have any issues with my central heating.

Dec 20,2020Having recently moved into a property that needed completely re renovating I contacted boilers are us to come and replace the boiler and supply new radiators through out. I was throughly impressed with the service they provided and the prices were very competitive. So would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any future work I need doing.

Dec 08,2020I have been with Boilersrus as customer over many years, firstly having my 28i Worcester Bosch boiler installed and a yearly service every year after. My radiator system started to build up a lot of sludge over the years and Boilersrus have done an excellent job on powerflushing my system clean, which the heating is now very efficient and hot, even better saving me money. I would like to thank Louai who carried the work out, who has come a long way in the company, seeing him start as an apprentice to now a fully qualified gas safe engineer. And thank you to all the team in the office. Would highly recommend Boilersrus.

Dec 07,2020This is the worst company I have ever seen. They installed a boiler for us around Sept/Oct 2019. The boiler has come up with all manner of issues and their engineer has visited our house for over 20 times at at the time of writing this review. This is my first time of buying a boiler from them and I have had a bitter experience.

Dec 02,2020After recently moving and our purchasing property. Only after a month of living here, our boiler broke. We had a boiler that had tanks in the loft and a cylinder. Having got a few quotes from local companies. We were greeted by Duane, not only was he well presented, his suggestions and words of advice were incredible and extremely helpful. He gave us many different options to choose, he adapted to our needs. We were recommended Boilers r us and knowing it is a family run business, especially well known in the area we decided to go ahead with their competitive quote. The girls in the office were efficient, professional and very knowledgeable, they called every evening (It was a big 4 day job!) after the engineer left to see how things were progressing and if we were happy. Happy is an understatement. We chose the option of a Worcester Bosh 8000 boiler with an unvented cylinder which was all nicely situated in the loft area. I especially wanted the old school radiators to go with my current theme of our new home and we had the radiators changed throughout the house The engineers were polite, extremely tidy and well mannered. I can’t thank Boilers R us enough for the works they carried out. A class company and would highly recommend!!!!
