Mar 19,2024Stay away at all cost. I waiting 6 weeks for a bed to be delivered. They came 5 times on the incorrect date. When they will eventually did come it was one hour late and refused to wait 5 minutes to deliver the bed. Staff were very rude. It was the worst delivery experience I've ever experienced. I wasted days waiting for the delivery and experienced a lot of stress due to the utter incompetence of this company.

Mar 06,2024This is the second BBD Ottoman bed I’ve ordered. Customer services were very helpful when contacted. They are good value beds, well built and easily connected (gas struts) once delivered. The storage space created is invaluable. Their delivery company was also very helpful and willing.

Mar 01,2024Shortly after I placed my order I received a call from the company to confirm my order and let me know the bed would be delivered within 10 days. Further to this they told me there would be a 2 person team on delivery’s who would take the bed to whatever room we wanted. The delivery process started with an email 48 hours before to give me a date and time frame, followed by a call. On the day of delivery we had a call from the team letting us know they would be there within the hour. When the team arrived they took the bed upstairs for us with no issues. From start to finish the process was smooth and professional. The bed base was as described on the website and is a quality product. I would not hesitate to order from British Beds Direct in the future and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a British made product from a company who puts their customers at the heart of their business.

Feb 21,2024Ordered double bed which arrived on time by efficient delivery service. The bed was as described and of good quality. Colour was as expected. Definitely a two girl job putting bed together as it’s heavy. Drawers on the bed glide easily and the base lifts with minimal effort for good storage. Over all very happy with bed and would purchase again. One point to note the bed won’t glide easily if storage full as it’s too heavy. That was my experience anyway.

Feb 16,2024I had a great experience with British Beds Direct. I had to place a larger order as a B&B owner and so I spoke to someone over the phone who made the experience seamless. The new beds were ready earlier than expected and I was soon contacted about arranging delivery. They came well packaged and easy to put together. This is the second time I ordered from this company.

Ordered online and received phone call confirming order and email confirming shipments. Received goods and very happy.

Jan 20,2024A great product at the price paid. Being able to supply a number of fabric swatches beforehand also helped me choose the bed a room decor. They let me order the bed within the sale period and agreed to delay delivery until the room was decorated. Can't fault them.

Jan 16,2024The website was very easy to choose the bed we needed. I found the sales page and luckily for me the right size, the right number of drawers, and a great colour option was available at a reduced price, so I purchased that online easily. The delivery took about 10 working days and the bed bases were delivered by two delivery men who were able to carry the bases up the narrow stairway. The bases were well wrapped in thick plastic and the corners were all protected with covers. We didn't get the bases installed for us, as we needed to construct a headboard first, but it was easy to push the feet into place on the bottom of the bases and set it up ourselves. Perfectly constructed, solid bed bases, in pristine condition, the fabric used is very nice, the colour was fantastic, and the four drawers are very roomy. Very happy.

I'd been looking for something quite specific and am so glad I found British Beds Direct: I was a little nervous ordering online but got exactly what I had hoped for. Really easy to put together and great quality - we'll definitely be looking here first next time!

Mar 25,2024Excellent quality divan base with drawers. Great communication, received a phone call to confirm order and when to expect delivery. Delivery drivers were also friendly and delivered to room of choice. I would definitely recommend, cannot fault them.
