Oct 15,2024"If you don't want to get SCAMMED(£1000), stay AWAY from this company(BCD). When I opened my insurance, more than four people called me on the same day to give me a quote, but now it's been two months since I submitted my request to cancel my insurance. They keep saying, 'You have to wait for our call,' but they never call(they said is only one person worcs in cancellation team). When I contact them again, they just say the same thing. Meanwhile, they've charged me over £1000 extra. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM."

Oct 11,2024I was on the phone to get a quote for a van insurance I spoke with Max Banwell Motor Sales Broker and he was very nice and helpful to me and helped with my insurance quote I am very happy that I got a good deal I am strongly recommended to anyone who needs an insurance policy.

Sep 20,2024Avoid like the plague! This company is a lying scamming business! They told me my policy was meant to cancel yesterday, they gave me a few warning before but since I was okay with the policy being cancelled I didn’t think to much of it. Now today they taken payment for another month! Didn’t cancel the policy just removed one of the drivers! Disgusting behaviour from them. Just to make more money. How can a business this large not stand by their word? Ridiculous, they have a number for everything but when it comes to a refund, oh they can’t help you, they’ll contact you but if you want to buy something, they transfer you right away. Imagine apple didnt stand by their word or something, they would be sued left right and centre. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this business!

Sep 11,2024Our insurer needed more details about the no claims bonus letter, so we got notification of cancellation. When I called BCD, Lianne Yates proved very good customer care skills. She contacted the insurer and with much confidence, confirmed all was now sorted and we'd be expected to happily enjoy our policy, until it's due to renew. The only negative aspect is that on each occasion I had to spend an average 30 minutes period of time, and in the past 2-3 weeks I had to call at least 3 times. The takeaway from this is that notifications should never be disregarded and that a call may sort out things faster, although, a long call 🤭 Gratefully, thank you, BCD!

Sep 11,2024Naomi certainly knew her stuff and sorted out my query within a couple of minutes. I was put through as a priority by our original broker but, normally, getting through is awful and I can wait for anything up to an hour. If I was a new customer, I think I'd give up and go elsewhere.

Sep 10,2024Hi I've just ended a phonecall discussion with someone called Josh from BCD. I wanted to take the time out to say that I have had one of the best experiences with an insurance broker. Not only was he able to get me a reasonable quote, he was also polite and respectful. The whole experience lasted around 10 minutes, which is amazing. I highly recommend that CX members use this company, who are affiliated with the Courier Exchange.
