Dec 10,2024Hi I am Michael I ad a financial problem paying my insurance last month due to being in hospital and on the 4th of December I got my 7 days cancellation notice I panicked I try everything and every way to pay so I emailed BCD then went on there WhatsApp didn't get much help then I went back on there watsapp later that nite and sent in a long txt explaining my situations and then next morning I got a txt bak and spoke to kiele who saved my bacon thank kiele Xmas as come early for me well appreciated BCD thanks mickey

Oct 19,2024I called with in my 14 day calling off period and when I phoned to counsel the policy she said she was not qualified Why did she give advice to someone that was not ?? She should have said I’m not qualified ring back tomorrow who is!!!She lead me to believe at the time she new what she was talking about and never said If you miss the call u will be charged £175 and i missed the call that I was not expecting I thought that was that and I asked was that it and she told me I didn’t need to do anything!! Now want £175 I trusted them all they want is bonus’s scammers don’t let them do this to you!! Hope my wording right I’m dyslexic. There here to take your hard earned money not your friends don’t be fooled like I was Hope this helps

Oct 16,2024I tried yesterday via whatsapp to chance a vehicle on my insurance. Took me all day and still didn't manage to do that. Last agent i spoke with told me that someone will call me to pay a ÂŁ75 broker fee but that did not happent. This morning i spoke with ABI. ABI was spot on. Told me i dont have to pay a broker fee as im in my first 14 days. And managed to change my insurance in less then 30 min. Well done ABI and a big ZERO stars to all other agents involved
