Jul 11,2023I wasn't sure if BusRoute was legit at first as their quote was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received, but I booked anyway due to the good Trustpilot score. I called up BusRoute after booking and my agent, Ben, was very friendly and was happy to amend the booking to change the pickup time. Great customer service from him - he even called me the day before to confirm my booking details and checked afterwards that the trip was okay. One thing to be aware of is that it is not BusRoute themselves picking you up; they contract other taxi or minibus businesses. So, we were picked up by someone from 121swindontaxis. The ride itself was good and on time for both pickups, but this is somewhat outside of BusRoute's control since they use third party drivers. No complaints though!

Jul 11,2023Booked a bus the day before its was needed for my daughter's hen night and Ben was very helpful in getting everything sorted. All was fine: arrived on time, bus was clean, driver helpful. will definitely use them again.

Jul 10,2023The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it could have been easier to book our car - to be fair, we had some changes that BusRoute accommodated, but their system hadn't updated so they had the original time in their diary. There was some panic on the day to amend this, but they sorted it out fairly quickly and it was otherwise very smooth.

Jul 04,2023Needed taxi's for 11 people to Gatwick and called Busroute a week before the flight. Spoke with Marcus and within 10 minutes he had emailed through quotes (very competitive pricing) with payment link. We also needed a taxi back the week after from Luton airport so he sorted a separate quote for that also, good price but we didn't end up needing it as the train was quicker from there. Day before he called to check in and confirm and then the morning of trip at 2am (flight was at 4am) we received links to both drivers with location and number so we could track and call if any problems. Overall great experience, very easy to contact and book and Marcus was available through phone and email with quick responses. Will be using again and recommending to friends and family.

Jul 03,2023From start to finish this company were amazing! Mark gave me a very competitive quote, a lot cheaper than any others and we had excellent communication throughout. Sadu was our allocated driver and he was brilliant. He contacted me to arrange picking the 10 of us up and what time. He was very friendly and professional and very helpful loading all our luggage. On our return journey, the poor driver was stuck on the M6 nightmare for over 4 hours. He constantly updated me so I knew what was going on and let me know when he would be there to pick us up. He never moaned or complained and he was always cheerful, despite the fact he must have been really fed up. He was also a very safe driver. I cannot fault Buroute.Co and will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thankyou.

Jul 03,2023I was struggling to find a local taxi firm or mini-bus operator willing or able to pick-up an extended family group from a hard to get-to rural wedding venue just outside of Plymouth. Narrow lane access adding to to the fact that it was also a late Saturday night out of City pick-up. Whilst some other guests were left stranded by their Plymouth booked taxis, our 16-seater minibus, booked through Bus Route.co, arrived on time. Our friendly driver Phil Rendall - who had come down from Taunton to do the job (!) - then very kindly delivered guests to three Plymouth addresses before heading back-up the M5. A special thanks to Marcus Woods at BusRoute.co., who made the arrangements and kept me well informed - also connecting me, in advance, with the driver. I was therefore able to detail the viable route to him, but at the same time be re-assured that our transport home would indeed be there... Excellent service - and a very fair price.

Jun 30,2023Would rate is zero if I could. Absolute joke of a company, had a coach booked for 8 of us to go away, specifically told them about the amount of luggage we had, to which they convinced me to pay more for a 16 seater minibus.... I ended up doing this. Then the driver got in touch with me 3 days before the trip he had no notes about the luggage and refused to take us, 5 minutes later I got a call back from busroute.co saying there is nothing they can do but cancel it leaving us stranded. I told them I needed the money back (over a grand) to book something else..... the money did not turn up into my back until about 10 days later after them telling me it would be in within 1 day. So we needed to scrape the money together again somehow Would not recommend using this third party company!! Go direct on Facebook or somewhere it's much cheaper, reliable and personal!

Jun 24,2023I hired a busroute minibus to take 6 of us to Ascot races. Our driver was very polite and helpful allowing us to put on our own music for the journey. For the return trip after coming out of a very busy venue he kept us updated on where he would be for pick/up. The drive back home was of a high standard even with us all singing at the top of our voices! He provided bottled water too which was very much needed. Thank you Faruk - you were a star and thank you Busroute for a great service from beginning to end.

They offered us a return from Sheffield to Manchester on a busy Saturday afternoon to see the Arctic Monkeys gig at Old Trafford. The price was so competitive and our minivan arrived early and was driven by a lovely guy who went the extra mile to collect us from a very hectic and busy collection point. I will be using busroute in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

Jun 05,2023Booked a minibus for a company event. Was called and emailed to ask if 2 x 8 seaters were OK which was fine. The communication from the team and drivers on the day was amazing. When one taxi come he waited for the other so we wouldn't be stranded. When it came to pick up last minute I requested a later pick up (30 minutes) and they were very accommodating. The drivers were friendly allowed us to have music on and changed temperature of taxi to suit. Would definitely book one again.
