I booked my trip with them for yesterday, Jessica managed my trip, got a discounted quotation very humble, kind, Hardworking, co-operative and helping person. Excellent services were provided. Enjoyed my trip and surely gonna refer my friends and colleagues.

I had booked my trip with Bus route on 27 June 2024 and Jessica was trip manager. She was not only cooperative and helpful but she even gave me discounted quote for the trip. She provided me excellent services and it was very helpful. Their vehicle was neat and clean and driver arrived on time. I will highly recommend everyone to try their services and I will surely book them in future as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. I booked a return trip to Ascot, I paid the quote price, received the booking confirmation to receive an email the day before departure saying they could no longer do this due to the vehicle breaking down .. funny how the vehicle broke down when the weekend prior they were chasing me for more money saying they could no longer do the trip at the price quoted!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I used this company to book a minibus for a wedding and I regret it so much! It caused so much unnecessary stress on a day that should've been about celebration. The bus did not turn up at the scheduled time and there was no call. I only found out after I called them to see what was going on that "the bus had broken down and that the driver was trying to fix it". I don't believe this at all, there would've been a call if that was true. The woman on the phone immediately offered a refund and I told her that it was her responsibility to find a replacement. She said she would see what she could do. I didn't get a phone call back. I had to phone her again just to be told that they couldn't provide that. So not only was she lying about everything but she also wasted even more of my time. We had to rush to find other ways of getting the guests to the wedding. She later told me that they couldn't provide the lift back either - I wasn't expecting anything else at that point. The company offered a compensation - £50 voucher when I book with them next time. Ye, right, like I would do that again.

What can I say busroute provided transport from luton to a wedding in Slough on June 1st and return on the 2nd. This company was the cheapest quote I received. The driver was amazing helpful. I will never use any other company in future. Thank you busroute for a stress free service and I look forward to using you in the future

AVOID! It’s hard to understand what company I’m even reviewing but I enquired with BusRoute.co on February 5th for a return trip from Balham to Kent (17th & 19th May). When I enquired for an estimated quote, I entered the area of Kent as it was easier in that moment than finding the exact postcode. They gave me an estimate of £450 for 13 people in one bus. They then followed up with an official quote of £540 which was still fine, within our budget. I worked with one woman who helped me lock in the price. She emailed, WhatsApp messaged me and called me. She wanted the full payment up front but I advised I could pay a deposit so paid £200, with the condition being I pay the balance 2 weeks before the trip. 2 weeks before I hear nothing so the next day I call them and it’s a weak excuse of “I wasn’t in the office yesterday” but then tells me I need to pay the balance by 10pm that day. I had called THEM and now she was hounding me to pay. I had my concerns so used my AMEX to ensure I had proper protection. Another red flag was multiple phone numbers being used - I think I used a total of 5 over the course of the few months. Why not have one phone number? We paid in full and was told we’d get the driver details the day before the trip (16th May). On 15th May I get a call from that same woman asking me to “reconfirm” the postcode. I give it to her and a little while later I get another call but I’m on a meeting. She sends a follow up email and says due to the “modification of the destination” the trip will cost us an additional £210!!!!! I have spoken to her countless times since February and now two days prior she finalises the postcode which she should have done before even issuing the quote in the first place, and decides to rack up the cost. After multiple phone calls they said they would honour the original price, but before that there was a lot of blame on me and not much accountability or ownership taken for their mixup. Then on 16th May I get this random WhatsApp message saying I have a booking for today (wrong date) and it lists two cars. It looks suspicious so I message the woman I’ve been dealing with since February asking if it was connected to my booking with BusRoute or if it’s a scam. She comes back and says “no that’s not us” so I confirm I will block the contact. The day of the booking arrives and I call BusRoute asking where the details of the driver is and I get told that I had text the day before with the driver details. The message I asked about was in fact the driver but the woman from BusRoute had told me it wasn’t and I had blocked them. At this point, I realise my booking of one mini van for 13 people was actually two separate cars. I had to ring BusRoute again and they tell me some lie about our bus being sent out for insurance. When one of the drivers arrived he told me they have been asking for a driver for this job for weeks and couldn’t get anyone, and eventually agreed to two cars which I never booked and they never checked with me or told me. The entire experience was AWFUL from start to finish and honestly if it was just the two cars it would have been fine. It was issue after issue after issue with zero accountability or ownership, an attempt to blame me and me chasing them down. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! (I was asked to remove the name of the woman I worked with)

I have never used this company before but would recommend. It was easy to book and Wendy was very helpful and answered my queries very quickly. The driver arrived on time, was helpful and courteous. Drove us from Suffolk to the West End, arrived in plenty of time at our destination, especially as it was a Bank Holiday Weekend, and arrived back on time to bring us home. Will definitely use again.

Do not book this company unless you want to be messed around , stressed or stranded ! We had booked this company months in advance for 11 people for a hen do to and from devon . The initial emails were reassuring however the week before our event we had contacted them to change our pick up date (still in the same area ) the contact seemed slow and we started to panic . They eventually got back to us that it was fine but a day before we were due to be picked up they said we needed to pay an extra £150 to change the collection adress which was a few miles down the road ! We were going back and forth and they were asking us to make offers of what we would pay - very unprofessional at this point we thought it’s a scam so we had to sort between us who would be willing to drive . We met at the original meeting point incase the mini bus did turn up we waited and then got a call from the driver saying he was at the adress we had asked to change too but decided not to because of the cost !! So of we had to go and drive to the other pick up point we couldn’t believe they had actually come !! The driver was an independent driver and told us he has only been contacted the night before and had it confirmed that morning !! So if he wasn’t available we would have had no way to get there ! He had been given the wrong adress of our destination also . Fast forward to near the collection date we tried to contact them to make sure we were getting collected they spoke to us so rudely , condescending and unprofessional. Kept saying they would send the driver details which they never did . On the morning of collection we had phoned them about 20 times back and forth always the same response basically they had no one to pick us up , we were all stressed as we would be stranded in Devon without a car it was a bank holiday and no locals taxis in the area . We kept phoning at this point and arguing until we had a breakthrough - they had managed to contact another company to pick us up and we begged for the driver details so we could confirm they were real which they were . So in short we did eventually get home but only because we screamed and shouted and wouldn’t leave it but they are finding drivers on the same day ! If there isn’t any you won’t be going anywhere- the whole dealing with this company was so stressful it ruined what was meant to be an amazing hen weekend and we want a full refund for the stress you have caused us . In short this is a legit company but they are just a call centre that books other company’s -very unprofessional and booking takes place last minute we will never use or recommend this company !

I am very disappointed in the service we have received from this company. We booked a bus to transport a party of 21 people to and from various destinations on 20th April 2024. Initially, I notice the company had put the date of 21st on the order, so I asked for this to be corrected. I was told this had been done and I received an email stating the correct date. However, there was no sign of any bus as planned at 2pm on 20th April. This was extremely stressful and frustrating and when I phoned the company I was told the bus was still booked for the following day. The company tried to find another bus/driver for us but we were told at 4.30 pm that this was not going to be possible. In the meantime, the party had to try and organise taxis at short notice which was not at all easy and the planned distillery tour had to be cut short. Although we have had a full refund from the company, I have emailed the manager twice asking for an apology and a good will gesture of compensation to account for the extra stress, finances and inconvenience caused. I have not yet had a reply from anyone. This is very poor service, I feel it is unacceptable and we will certainly not be using this company again in the future.

Busroute are a great company. Very responses and on the day of pick up were on time and very friendly. The driver accommodated an earlier pick up last minute, which we are very grateful for. Highly recommend.

Wendy was really helpful with assisting me in booking the minibus- she offered an excellent price and was willing to adapt where necessary. She was quick to answer any queries I had. The driver was very punctual and efficient. Would definitely use this service again!

It was a 10/10 service. The fact the driver was there waiting until we were ready to go was great. Meant we could leave a little earlier should we have needed it. Timing was impeccable also. Would recommend again. We really weren’t expecting such a luxurious bus as well so that was a treat. Thanks for your help with the booking Wendy :)
