Jul 28,2023We’ve been scammed too. Booked for our wedding to transport guests. When we tried to follow up, we got no responses to our emails and when we called, the recorded message said Jackson’s Alarms Coventry. When we managed to speak to someone, they said Chris would get back to us to confirm. Which hasn’t happened. They’ve stopped responding to our phone calls and our online messages. Luckily we only paid a deposit and not the full amount.

Jul 21,2023IN SHORT - You can read the full story and updates below. This is the abridged version: we booked a van and paid (almost the full amount) well in advance. The driver never showed up and we got no alert whatsoever to let us know that the driver was a no-show. Thanks to the fact that I used PayPal, they had no other option but to refund me. They also gave me £75 over and above as compensation for all the stress they caused. However, I encourage you to check their Facebook page and website. You will see no photos of real drivers with real cars. The official address is a shared office (how can you run a bus company from a shared office building with no depots and garages?) and practically all the positive reviews here are written by people who only have 1 review: this company's review. These are the facts. now it's up to you to decide whether it's worth taking the risk of paying them for a service (that is extremely likely to never happen). FURTHER UPDATES - It has now been confirmed that "Chris Jenkins" is Ahmed Faraz (trading under a false identity is a serious crime). They kept promising to send me the refund as per their response below this post, but the money never arrived. I filed a report with the London Police and the UK Financial Crimes Unit. Their official address is situated in a shared business complex and virtual offices. How can you run a bus/transport company from a shared space? These monsters are pure evil! LATEST UPDATE - PayPal informed me that these frauds issued an e-cheque (which can mean nothing in reality as a real refund would have been done via a clean, straightforward PayPal transfer). Meanwhile, this "Chris Jenkins" (from India?) is threatening me with legal action because I am reporting them. A police report was filed today. FURTHER UPDATES - These scammers claimed to issue a refund. 8 days passed and once again, I'm left with empty promises. Just like the driver, the refund never showed up. The game they're playing is quite dirty. They sent an e-cheque so that they would give the impression that they issued a payment. However, this will undoubtedly bounce. Any genuine business will make a bank transfer in such circumstances. I will be filing a fraud report with the police today. This will be followed by further action. Watch this space.... UPDATE - Someone from India contacted me claiming that he's Chris Jenkins. Typical of a scam with people using fake names pretending to be European. He said that they refunded me when I still haven't received a single cent. When I told him that his lies are clearly false claims, he flagged my review as false when they admitted in writing that the driver never showed up and they claimed that they refunded me! This is a scam. Stay away. We booked way in advance (9 months in advance) but the driver never showed up. They came up with excuses as to why the driver never showed up leaving us stranded at Gatwick airport for 3 hours!

Jul 20,2023I was let down at the last minute by another bus company and contacted bus route online to see if they had anything available. I received a phone call straight away and Chris was extremely helpful and got me a 16 seater within 2 days notice. The driver was on-time and kept me informed at all times. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jul 20,2023Ben our booking agent was great with assisting me with an excellent quote to Drayton manor Theme park. Kept me updated throughout, we hired a 16 seater minibus. Driver kept me posted if he was running late. He was friendly respectful, also helped my family and I onto the minibus. We arrived there at expected time and the driver waited for us in the area, which was really helpful as we were able to leave some of our things on the bus. I am very please with the customer service provided definitely would one hundred percent recommend using Busroute.

Jul 19,2023I booked a coach from Manchester to London for my Big Sisters Funeral on the 18th July. After calling so many companies I managed to get in contact with Marcus Woods from Bus route who gave me a brilliant quote. from the start up until the coach arrived Marcus kept in constant communication and the booking system and attention to detail that he displayed was outstanding and compassionate. The coach arrived with our driver Florin who was the most humble and fantastic driver I have ever come across he was helpful and waited for the older people in our group that we over 80 years old. he did all our requested rest stops and got us to the funeral with 45 mins to spare. The funeral ran slightly later and he didn't complain once. he then navigated London with ease with the smallest streets you ever saw and got us to the reception early. He never complained once and just was so understanding and professional. We had booked a smaller coach but we were delighted when a larger coach turned up with a toilet so the day just seemed to go without a hitch or problem. Marcus even called me on the way to make sure everything was ok. I never expected such service and compassion and understanding. My hand was held the whole way through on an already difficult day by Marcus Wood, Busroute and Florin our driver. Any bad reviews on here I can 100% guarantee that they are rubbish and cannot be genuine don't read them as its not true without Busroute Marcus and Florin I wouldn't have been able to say goodbye to my big sister so I will be forever grateful to them

Jul 19,2023Overall I had a good experience with the company. The coach company that I was allocated were good and apart from lateness due to traffic were helpful and very friendly. I did not give 5 stars due to having to chase information a bit but on the whole I would use them again for trips.

Jul 18,2023Ben the booking agent helped to provide an excellent service for us to help facilitate picking up a group of 20 from their hotel to take them to a funeral, then to transport the group to a burial and then back to a social gathering. Everything ran smoothly and on time and allowed everyone to remain together. All the passengers were delighted with the friendly and professional drivers and the vehicles. Jul 16,2023This is a scam and the company is based overseas. They contact you on what’s app numbers which change all the time. I spent a week liaising with someone called “Chris” (obviously not his real name) he kept promising to call me back to confirm the luggage space for the coach I was booking, but he never did! After about 40 phone calls to the company over several days, right up until 1 day before the coach was required, I decided that I should book another coach with a different company as Busroute Co were quite obviously not going to supply the coach they had promised me. I’m so glad I didn’t pay through their dodgy link. On further investigation and reading other people views it’s obviously you should not trust this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
