Sep 19,2023Our driver was very pleasant and accommodating, we were collected from Liverpool from a hen do and returning to stoke, traffic was bad returning and the driver stopped at the services for us. Easy and comfortable journey, punctual too. Only suggestion I would make is quicker communication. I did have commerce when initially booking and paying my deposit as it took a while to get a confirmation and response. All turned out well though and in general a great service. Thank you

Sep 16,2023Would have liked to have known earlier who we were travelling with but it all went well.As a disabled passenger I'm happy with our journey for me 7 family members 2 small dogs and a wheelchair.The driver was polite and on time for both journeys.

Sep 15,2023Clean, Punctual and Friendly I booked the service without really knowing BusRoute, and having been in the midst of organising a massive client event, I was worried. However, there was no need, the coaches arrived punctually, I was given the drivers phone number in advance and the coaches were clean. My clients were happy - what more do you want? I will definitely use the service again.

Sep 02,2023We booked a 16 seater minibus for a family picnic to Dover, Marcus from Busroute was very professional, he assisted and ensured that the trip went successfully. We were happy with the rate offered on a short notice; we had no problems. The driver allocated for the journey was okay, he did not really know the routes very well but was accommodative of any changes and was well experienced with the driving. The only thing was that we were not told that parking chargers are not included and had to pay for parking at one of the stops. I was also not told in advance of cleaning deposit and had to give the driver cash on the stop as a deposit which was later returned. The bus seats were not very comfortable, the broken belt clips were getting in the way and we had to lay jackets and towels so that they don’t leave a bruise on us; however it was clean and tidy. Regardless of the bus; the whole communication with busroute company was great and I will definitely use them again.

Although some reply’s were slow via email once ringing the company they were very helpful and ensured the bus would show up.

I looked at a few quotes, this was best but there was no skimping - the bus was a nice Mercedes, Marcus arrangeed everything and kept in touch to make sure all was good, and Rob, our driver, was on time, polite, acoomodating and got us from Newcastle to York Races and back safe and sound. Would recommend and use again

Swiftly taken to Glasgow taken from Liverpool and arrived with plenty of time.Return journey was just as good.Would use this Company again without hesitation.
