I was on holiday in Spain with a party of 6 including a severely disabled wheelchair user and a toddler. Our transport home from Glasgow to Edinburgh was cancelled at the last minute due to an unfortunate accident. Our driver broke his hand the day before we were due to fly home. Your agent Frank organised a wheelchair accessible bus for us at very short notice. We couldn't have asked for a better vehicle. A minibus that had room for all of us and our luggage and a lift for the wheelchair and all safety features you'd hope for. The driver was amazing too. Steven tracked our flight and waited for us even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours. We got out the terminal at 4am rather than expected time of 2am. Your company saved a disabled person and toddler and family from being stranded in Glasow Airport until the morning. Thank you so much. Lee Sked
A Probus group of 15 needed a lift to Heathrow and back. Both drivers arrived on time, particularly the pick-up at Heathrow which needed some liaison. Busroute also gave us the best quote.

The service was awful, they cancelled the night before our trip leaving us with no way of getting to our hotel of 18 people. They lied constantly saying the mini bus was in a crash, then broke down and a plethora of other lies as to why they would not pick us up. We were left losing £7000, as you can imagine it is rather hard to find a minibus to pick up 18 people at 10pm when the bus is scheduled for 8am the next day. However, the company did offer £50 compensation, what a long way that has gone to helping recoupe the lost funds for the weekend! Horrible service with even worse customer service. STAY AWAY.
We booked our bus 5 months in advance, deliberately leaving plenty of time. In the weeks/months prior to our trip I called up on more than 7 occasions requesting confirmation of the vehicle and driver details. Every time I was promised this I would then not receive a follow-up call or email. The night before we were meant to depart at 8am we got an email to say that our bus had been cancelled at 7pm Leaving us so little time to find a replacement, we were unable to go on our trip and lost out on £400 per person (18 people). Bus route did not help us find a replacement and then were reluctant to give us compensation. After many unreturned phone calls we eventually settled for £50 compensation. The company would not allow us any more even though we had lost out on £7000 collectively. The director did not even have the decency to join a phone call to discuss this. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and would definitely not recommend using.

I highly recommend Bus Route Mini Bus Service for group transportation needs. For my wedding, manager Marcus organized excellent, timely pickups/dropoffs for my guests. Our professional, courteous driver ensured a smooth, comfortable ride in the clean, spacious mini bus. He was attentive to our schedule and needs, driving safely and skillfully. The whole team handled our wedding transportation beautifully thanks to their expertise and care. Everything went seamlessly and I was extremely satisfied. 5 stars for their reliable, high-quality service.
Driver arrived on time to pick our party up from the hotel and later in the evening was there exactly on time to collect. The driver was chatty throughout both journeys, absolutely no complaints and would definitely use again.
We worked with Kevin at BusRoute to coordinate multiple transfers for a large event that included several airport transfers and coaches to take event attendees to various activities to and from the hotel. Not only were they reliable and extremely communicative, but were flexible and used their expertise to guide us. We had dozens of people arriving at Edinburgh International Airport at various times over two days. Instead of designated shuttle times to take multiple guests from the airport to the hotel, Kevin and the team suggested we make the switch to salon cars, allowing for our guests to have a more personalized experience and reduced wait time upon landing. When weather caused one of our outdoor events to be postponed, Kevin worked with us to have a driver come back later to accommodate the updated schedule. Throughout the event, I heard great feedback from our guests about their drivers. I'd definitely recommend BusRoute for your event!
Communication was excellent, Frank kept in regular contact. I was informed early on that for our group of 13 we may be sent 2 x 8 seater buses and it would be confirmed beforehand. I called the day before to check, as we had an issue with staffing which meant that we would need to make additional checks and source another staff member to accompany the children. I was advised it was 1 x 16 seater arriving. Unfortunately, 2 x 8 seaters turned up which meant we had to delay departure due to seeking additional permissions. All worked out okay and overall the service was great.
Very happy with the company thanks to Anderson smith who was very helpful and polite explaining clearly . We hired the bus for 16 people going to Southampton port and the driver was excellent . No problem at all came on time and dropped us picked on time after 15 days on time and dropped us would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Anderson smith once again
16 of us needed transport for a stag do, the service was great different options were discussed as well as availabilty of different sizes coaches/buses. We settled for 2x 8 seater coaches that both arrived on time and at the same time. They collected us from the airport when we returned with the same result, both buses there at the same time for us all to jump straight in and head home. Would recommend to anyone.

Oct 13,2023I have a problem with contacting BusRoute. I’ve made a booking by telephone on 28 September for a return trip for 17 November 2023 for 15 passengers. I’ve paid in advance and had confirmation for my booking by email with a reference number. But now I’m unable to contact BusRoute by telephone or emails. I’m now very concerned that the transport will not turn up. Can someone help? I have since had contact with BusRoute and had a full explanation as to why I was unable to contact them. I’ve also had reassurance that my booking will take place on 17 November and I’ve been given a driver’s name and contact number. Further update 29 November 2023 I confirm the transport picked up and returned passengers on 17 November 2023. Annoyingly the driver didn’t have satnav and we were taken to the wrong town. Our 20 mins trip ended up being nearly an hour. However, I will use this company again as I’m sure the next booking will run more smoothly!
