Jul 27,2024Booked a trip to Wales for me and my family of 20 of us. The bus driver arrived on time and was very friendly. Even stopped on the way so the kids could use the bathroom. Also very reasonably priced. Overall great experience.

Jul 25,2024We booked a small coach for six-hour trip months in advance, were quoted a decent price, and paid our deposit in full. About a month before the trip we were told that 'due to demand' the price was now over an extra 1k, so we were going to have to hand over more cash in order to keep the booking - by which time, as I'm sure they're aware, train prices have massively risen and it's harder to find an alternative service. I was left with the impression that they'll do this if they find someone who's willing to pay more. They returned our deposit, but it took them a long time and we had to chase. I strongly recommend people look elsewhere for transport - this one feels like a just-about-legal scam.

Jul 25,2024I booked a bus trip for a dozen people months in advance. I paid for it and received written confirmation. Closer to the trip date I get this email from them: "I wanted to let you know about a recent change in the pricing of your scheduled trip from [location], to [location]. Due to the peak season, our pricing structure has been adjusted, and the new total cost for the trip is now £3700. We understand that this is a significant increase from the initial quoted price of £1800." Not only is this type of behaviour not best practice, but it's a violation of their own terms and conditions on their site because the reason stated for changing the price is that they could get more money for it (not that they couldn't provide the service, for example). Since when is "surge pricing" after a price has been committed to and paid an acceptable business practice? When I sent emails and made calls to sort it out, I was often not responded to or hung up on (automatically or once by a live person). When I finally asked for a refund, they couldn't tell me when the transfer to my account would be complete. This business is a scam and not to be relied upon. Don't set your trip up for failure! Choose a different company. Adding an update to this review. On July 28th they sent me an email offering me money to remove my review. The email uses these exact words: "We kindly request that you remove your negative review. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a £50 cash refund." Note that this is not a refund (because at this point I'd already finally recieved back all of what I initially paid), so the £50 is an offer of additional money to get the review down. I can only assume they used the word "refund" to avoid TrustPilot flagging it as inethical. On September 9 they asked Trustpilot to remove this review "for legal reasons" even though their emails to me to get me to remove my review state that what happened was their mistake. Beware!

Jul 16,2024Not worth one star to be honest I had a call regarding a quote they gave me there price of £260, I advised I had it cheaper elsewhere I sent them the cheaper quote and they said they could now do £150, the quote I had was £160. So I agreed paid the money and thought that was it, next day I got a call asking me for £60 I was like excuse me she said the lady yesterday was training she got it wrong, I said I wasn't paying anymore money so they said I will be refunded on Friday 5 days later to even start the refund process! Unbelievable if you get it wrong you should take it, wasn't my fault I followed the procedure rubbish company wouldnt go near them again. They then said no refund they would fulfil the trip I really wish I had said no, they said both journeys we had cancelled the trip, I said no we didn't I was asking for driver details for both journeys never got them and they sent a local taxi company both ways with no notice no call we were just waiting like puppets. If you want a straightforward taxi for your journey don't use this company

Jul 12,2024my first experience of Busroute Ltd was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them. Not being from the area I needed a shuttle for myself and 5 guests into the Grand Prix. I was very nervous of the reliability and also paying up front to an unknown company and I needn't have been as Wendy was in full control. The communication couldn't have been better, the driver turned up on time and was there waiting for the return trip. A modern Mercedes Vito made our journey pleasurable and I cant thank the driver enough. Needing an executive journey around the Northampton area look no further than Busroute ltd.

Jul 06,2024What a wonderful experience! Got free time for exploring. The accommodation was more than adequate with rooms being serviced everyday. Enjoyed the whole ambience of the tour thoroughly. Driver was on time the vehicle was very clean They provided best services, specially Lily was really cooperative and spontaneous.

Jul 03,2024I tried their services for the very first time yesterday and it was the most comfortable, secure and adventurous journey of my life till date. I’m a travelling enthusiast and always in search of excitement and I came across them. Diana was the one who was handling the whole trip and she has managed everything with sheer corporation, patience and concern, but above all what I felt was that she made sure that everyone was taken care of and also gave us discount quotes for next time. I highly recommend them.
