Feb 27,2024Great service, Wendy was very fast at replying and gave us a good deal for our trip down to Wembley. Our driver, Hari, was superb throughout and stopped whenever we needed to. Got us there with loads of time. Only issue was we were asked to sort the parking out ourselves to which i ended up spending £50 extra on only to be told after booking that no minibuses are allowed but it was too late to receive a refund which isn't Busroutes or the drivers fault but Busroute/the driver could sort parking out themselves in future as i suppose that's part of what you are paying for.

Feb 19,202420 family members all united & cruising from Southampton Coach was on time & as the description, the drivers do need to take a legal 45 min break ( depending on time ) everything went to plan , also the return couldn’t have been timed better , you do not want to be waiting around & we weren’t, communication was great & even forwarded me drivers number 👍🏻 thanks for contributing to are successful family holiday, Frank Staffordshire

Feb 19,2024Efficient team. Very competitive rates compared to other UK companies. They were one of the few transport companies with a proper registered address and visible company profile and hierarchical structure on the UK companies register which gave me confidence it was a legitimate set up. It was difficult at first to get a response to email requests, but when I called through to the company, they were very open to constructive dialogue about changes to the original booking. Props to Wendy in particular who has been very quick, responsive and professional. The driver (Anthony) was open and friendly; it was rough weather going out and back to Wales but his driving standard in terms of lane keeping, interaction with other drivers, and navigating tight country A-roads with a 10-seater bus was excellent. If I was to book large group travel again, I am very likely to engage with this team again.

We got a discount on our trip, the minibus arrived on time, was very clean and spacious, the driver Mark was so polite and drove carefully. I didn't have to say anything, my wife and kids were impressed... I was just smiling after the trip, as a father who made the right choice.

Her services were wonderful which includes best discount ever from every other quote I received online, always replies on time, very polite, organised and kind. The Vehicle to convey my family came on time and the driver assigned to me was very nice, drives carefully, respectful and kind. I would have opted for a 6 star rating if it were available. I strongly recommend Bus Route.

Jan 03,2024After looking through many companies we managed to find an affordable booking for New year’s eve with Anna’s help. The team stayed in contact until the booking date and helped with all of our queries. Our driver, Dennis, was very sweet and was able to do a couple of stop offs on the way to our final destination, would definitely recommend!!

Dec 13,2023I booked busroute for my sons wedding I was concerned at first as when I went to pay the final balance nobody answered the phone, I did eventually get a phone call back and I couldn't stress enough to them that this was a wedding so please turn up. Will reassured me that everything would be fine and they would give me the drivers name on the day before... I worried for nothing as they did send the details and on the morning of the wedding Curtis the driver phoned me to say he was early but he wanted to make sure he knew where he was going Curtis was really friendly and helpful Will from BusRoute did say any problems to give them a call. As the church was only 10 minutes away from the venue they done 2 return journeys one to take the groomsmen then back to collect the bridesmaids. I would use them again Angie Stalley

Getting to use was difficult as some of the roads in Cambridge had been closed, but all went well and he managed to get to us and still early! Well done Will and the busroute team for making the day go really well.

Once I booked the minibus, Marcus kept in touch and made sure I was happy with the service. The driver was excellent, kept in regular contact to inform me if he was ever late. was good with our young people. Good customer service The minibus was clean.
