Jul 01,2023I ordered an E-bike from Buy a bike via the cycle to work scheme. Absolutely everything from start to finish was seamlessly smooth. The advice on bikes was based on my requirements and not what they wanted to sell me. On collection day I was given a thorough brief on the bike and it was set up for my height and weight. The real level of service however started when I found out that my Thule cycle rack would not hold my bike in place, the staff "gave" me a cycle chain lock which secured my bike to my rack for the journey home. Every person I dealt with at Buy a bike went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was looked after and happy. No matter where you live I would strongly recommend a visit to Buy a bike if you are thinking of a new bike. Lots of bikes, great showroom and amazing staff that just cannot do enough for you. 5 star experience. Thank you to all.

Jun 29,2023I went to Buy a Bike because of their reputation for giving great advice and not being a pushy sales driven shop. I talked to 3 different people in the store( including Lewis), all were helpful, listened to what I wanted and gave sensible advice. I was there for over an hour. I had the opportunity to try out the bike I was considering and left the store with a good idea of what I needed. I went back a few days later, tried the bike again and bought it. A week later, I'd had a couple of niggles with it and phoned to shop; Mike asked to to call in with the bike. Mike dealt with the niggles and I'm very happy with my new ebike!

Jun 05,2023Me and my Mrs came up from Preston to look at buying a bike each, from the minute we walked in was impressed with selection of bike to look at , and even test drive a few different bikes in big yard at bike to get the feel what bikes would suit us best that was so handy , and all staff are very helpful and knew what they were talking about , Lewis from start to day we picked up was a great help helping us find the best bike and size made our experience so easy even on day of picking up Big thanks to Lewis , my mrs brought and nice 2023 Cube Access WS EAZ Mountain Bike in Shiftiris/Black they had in stock I picked a 2023 Cube Aim in misty green off there website after working out best size that was the Saturday and went and picked them both up the Saturday after , the colour of both bikes were so nice and we enjoyed our new bike ride back home to Preston. Thanks again

I have recently been to many bike shops and never received service like I did today at buy a bike. If your looking for a bike this shop is by far the best selection, service and price you will find. May 31,2023Me and other members of my family have bought 3 Ebikes in the last 2 months and we couldn't be happier. From choosing which bike on day 1 up to the day of collection, the whole process has been seamless. Very friendly and helpful staff and also the willingness to go the extra mile. Two components were ordered separately for two of the bikes, but the staff were happy to fit them and there was no charge. Our experience at Buy a Bike was first class and I would happily recommend them.

May 25,2023Great experience buying my new bike. It was dispatched super quickly and very well wrapped! Easy to finish setting up. I didn’t realise there was a little box inside the big box so went out to buy some pedals and then later discovered they came with it! Not a big issue though. Great service. Can recommend.

May 04,2023Fantastic, I hadn’t used this shop/company before. BUT can 100% say I will be using again for any kind of bike for my boys. Kept well Informed and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. With any big purchase It can be a bit worrying waiting for it to arrive, not here I am super pleased my boy will love his bike for his birthday. (Don’t normally post reviews but this company deserves it)

Jul 08,2023Can’t really say much more than utterly fantastic. Great price, great service, great communication and great delivery. These guys really do undercharge for their delivery service. FedEx were about 30 mins late from their estimate and showed the wrong date for delivery initially but after speaking to buyabike they sorted everything. Really faultless service and cannot recommend highly enough!
