Mar 28,2023Decided to buy a e-bike for commuting to work and after many hours researching e-bikes on line found myself confused and going round in circles to which bike to purchase. Phoned Buy a Bike and spoke to Mike, after many emails and phone calls I was guided to the bike I purchased, no hard sell just professional helpful guidance. Great price and very knowledgeable. Bike delivered well packaged and free delivery. The bike is excellent and just what I wanted. Thanks to all the staff who helped me. Will definitely be back in the future.

Mar 20,2023I bought my e-bike from Buy A Bike... no pressure sales, offered to refund my deposit no problem if it turned out my carry seat wouldn't quite fit it. They take the time to explain things and answer any questions, and they offer long term advice and support. I always find them really helpful on the phone or by email too. I also took a bike in which I didn't buy from them, and they helped me out with that....changed the pedals and gave me some maintenance advice ...no charge. Highly recommend!

Mar 19,2023Should be called ‘we don’t want you to buy a bike’ … I telephoned to say that I was interested in the new enviliv advanced pro 1, which the giant website said they had a medium in stock. I telephoned to see if I could travel to have a look as I was interested in getting this bike, but wanted to see it first and wasn’t sure if I’d need a small or medium. The gentleman on the phone was very off hand. It’s still in the box and they wouldn’t build it was a £4600 bike. ‘But I don’t want to buy a bike that expensive and not see it first’… I would need to put a deposit on the bike before they would build it. And also stated that I might not buy it from them anyway as I was traveling a distance (they didn’t realise that my family live 2 miles away from their shop and I visit regularly) So I went to giant liverpool who were amazing, excellent customer service and I purchased the enviliv advanced 1 …. And while there my husband has seen a bike too. My advise … go to giant liverpool for a liv or giant bike

I called them up to check that they could deliver it down south and the guy I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Shipping only cost about £8. I received the bike via FedEx three days later. Chuffed.

Mar 13,2023Bought an e-bike. I was given plenty of time to choose and some very sound advice. I was also able to actually ride the different bikes I was interested in. However, when I came to pick up the bike the next day, I'd had second thoughts and decided I'd prefer a different model. This was not a problem to the v. helpful staff, even though the first bike had been prepped for me, and I was able to ride both bikes again to make sure I was happy with my decision. Finally, I was able to pick up the other bike later the same day. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Feb 28,2023Competitive Price and Fantastic service My second Bike from Buy a Bike, selected a 20" Forme Kinder for my 7 year old, on sale. BaB contacted me immediately to let me know there was a slight mark on the paintwork (with a picture showing the detail) and did i want to proceed. Once confirmed the Bike arrived 24hrs later! Thank you, a really fabulous service.

Feb 21,2023Bought an E bike and was really worried about the expensive but it’s proved a worthy investment . Really warm and welcoming staff with great advice before and after purchasing. Had an issue with the bike and it was repaired under warranty on the same day. Not many places can offer that level of service these days.

Got dispatch notification and was informed of delivery day and time. Jan 02,2023As there were mail strikes I called to check who the carrier, staff were very helpful and friendly and ensured a carrier not impacted by the strikes was used. Order arrived next day, would happily order from them again.

They kept me informed as an when I needed it with quick responses. Most importantly, they were flexible to delay shipment to a date where I could receive the bike. My experience with them was far better than recent treatment found with other mainstream suppliers. I have no hesitation in recommending Buy a Bike and will very likely purchase from them in the future.
