Dec 12,2022Fantastic store, fantastic people. After searching for sometime with my son for an e-bike (cube)… our likely option was to be a risky online only bike shop! As we just could not find the model, size and colour he wanted. Then we stumbled across this place. Staff were ultra helpful over the phone, and even more so when we paid them a visit. Loads of helpful advice and suggestions without any hard sale. And so kind and patient with my son. Needless to say we purchased his dream bike, fantastic value for money and genuine peace of mind that these guys will look after us for the life of the bike. I 100% recommend paying this place a visit. We will not be shopping anywhere else. Thank you

Dec 06,2022The bike turned up on time and umdamaged, the delivery team was very helpful and friendly. It was mostly ready to use straight out the box as they had assembled most of the bike and pumped up the tires.

Oct 18,2022I visited the store not long ago to pick up a bike product. as I arrived a day early and travelled quite far they offered to really help me out and meet me locally the next day.I was also kept fully upto date with all delivery dates etc. Brilliant service from the staff and big thanks to Lewis for going out his way to deliver my product. absolute top service staff really friendly and welcoming all round big up Lewis couldn’t of been better mate 😎💯👍

Oct 17,2022I travelled some distance to Buy A Bike to look at a specific range of electric bikes because the dealer literally on my doorstep showed no interest. Totally different experience! A friendly greeting and then Ian spent time with me letting me try a couple of bikes to work out exactly what I wanted (I had a pretty good idea but needed to try a couple of models to cover the exact spec I was after). Went back a week later to try my bike in order to make sure it was right for me before I bought it. No pressure selling, no hassle, just good, friendly service. Couldn't ask for more! Oh and the bike is excellent!

Sep 22,2022I would highly recommend buyabike as I found communication quick and kept me well informed of dispatch and delivery. My bike was packaged very good and the small amount of assembly required was very easy, instructional video was helpful and the bike itself exactly what I wanted.

Sep 01,2022Collected my Giant Talon 2 instore after buying online via click and collect , got a great price in the sale, got informed via email it was ready to collect few days after purchase, shop was busy but staff didn’t ignore me , they politely said they would be with me as soon as possible, bike was thoroughly safety checked and I was told to bring it back for its 6 weeks free service, overall a very good service from start to finish,I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or other related services, thanks guys
