Gears worked well from the first ride which was my main concern from buying online. Also the price was far better than other websites so pleased I felt I got a deal. Would happily use again

Advising me with his 20yrs knowledge of being a keen MTB / Cyclist No sales pitches or pressure sales just pure honesty throughout each purchase . And to top it off the lads in the workshop deliver what they promise …. I couldn’t recommend This company enough !!! Well done everyone at buy a bike .. 🚴 Chris M

Aug 13,2022First Class Service. I was delighted when I purchased my bike almost 2 years ago & couldn’t thank the staff enough. Due to Covid & illness I had not used my bike in over 12 months, so I took it into Buy a Bike for a safety check/ service. I was quickly informed that there was an issue with the motor and that it would be covered under the warranty by Bosch. True to their word the part was replaced & my bike returned a short time afterwards. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the process via email. I can’t praise their after-sales service enough, Not only did they find a fault & resolve the problem, it was done at no cost to me. I wouldn’t Hesitate to recommend Buy A Bike for its sales and after service which has been first class. Everyone I have dealt with have been efficient, respectful, helpful & professional, Thank you all, in particular Chris, very much B flagg.

Aug 13,2022I went to buyabike (still to this day at 43 years old I still sing that advert tune), to look at a specialized Ebike, however on arrival and being taken through to the Ebike showroom I made a different choice. I ended up with a Bianchi E Omina type t, the salesman who is one of the owners was fantastic and really knowledgeable. When I went back to pick it up a week after ordering it, I was looked after by one of the younger guys, and his brother who actually are the sons of the chap I bought the bike from. You guys are amazing and care a great deal that the customer purchases the correct bike for what they need and also made it very easy for me to try before I buy. Thank you!!

Jul 29,2022I started with the web site that had a lot of very useful information. I then visited BuyaBike and was provided with excellent advice to help me decide on which e-bike to purchase. The facility to test ride the bike was a major plus. I ordered the bike and a date was set for collection and I was promised a text/email on the day to confirm a time to collect. Email & text arrived and I returned to Buyabike. I had a test ride and all of the essentials were explained and demonstated, e.g. removal of battery, how to remove the wheels. I needed some accessories. There was a good choice, supplemented with sound advice to help me choose. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful at both visits. Overall, excellent advice and service, very good value for money and a very satisfied customer - and a free safety check to come in 6 weeks!

Jul 18,2022Went to the store as I was struggling to attach bike chain to the wheel. The team were extremely helpful and assisted me straight away. They replaced a bent part and had my bike repaired very quickly. And .... they didn't charge me for the repair. Highly recommended 👌
