May 10,2022Our son was after a very specific bike, frame size and colour. Ordering was easy, and delivery was very fast. Delivery was also exceptionally well priced. Only issue was with payment, but I think that was my card; I used PayPal in the end and the transaction went through no problem.

May 08,2022I have just purchased a Forme Cubar HTE ebike. the service from the first second I walked into the shop was 5 🌟.out of all stores I visated when I was just dipping my toe in the water to see if e bikes was the way to go they was the only one to let me try the diferant styles and ranges,hence they got the sale.save your self some time in looking around at other stores and visit buy a bike.

Apr 17,2022I have just purchased a Giant Trance e+ and the whole process was faultless.. There was no pressure sales and I was able to check out various bikes at my leasure. When I'd shortlisted my choices it was only then that Ian came to answer any queries I had. After "buying-a-bike", it was taken in the workshop and was ready to be picked up the following day. All in all a very pleasant and friendly place, great staff and huge selection. 5*

Apr 03,2022very helpful staff who ask question what you want in a bike and the type of bike riding you do and then point you to the bikes they sell that will suit you from a low price Medium & top end and they fully explain which bike has what extra on and then leave up to you to have a think about. Trust me and I went away did my research in prices and even went other bike shops and they can`t be beaten on the price and service of the staff too.

Apr 02,2022Excellent work (Silver Service), done quickly. Minor niggle about cost exceeding quoted price but was explained fully when queried and due to new tyres being needed. Bought all our bikes (10 I think) since we moved to the area 22 years ago. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

The team here has great bike knowledge and experience and happy to share this with customers in an honest and friendly way. Lots of choice of bikes and equipment and no pressure

I would definitely recommend Buy a bike as in my opinion all the staff were top class. Very knowledgeable and willing to assist. We turned up early one day an hour before opening. They saw us arrive and opened up for us. Brilliant!!!

May 12,2022I bought my medium size MERIDA BIG TRAIL 400 from Buy a Bike, Charnock Richard. The staff were nice and very helpful with a nice shop environment too. I really like my MERIDA BT400 it is a great ride and a very capable MTB that you can ride off-road all day long.
