Ron provided me with a list of nursing homes, but then went further and actually found an Assisted Living location for my mother that she could afford. He even coordinated with another agency and offered the best advice all around. I had no idea that such help was available, and I'm thrilled Ron at Care Patrol was able to solve our problem. Thank you, Ron!
Just Awesome, they took care of everything in our search for an Assisted Living Nice place for my Mom. Thanks, Rob
I had so much stress and my own health was in jeopardy when I finally decided that I needed to find a place for mom. Care patrol did all the work and took all the stress away for me. I never knew they existed. I would tell anyone about them and how wonderful they were.
David, our Care person, was extremely helpful in rapidly finding an assisted living place for my Dad. He went above and beyond by picking my Dad up from the hospital, as I have been out of town, and transported him to the assisted living facility where he was greeted by the staff. David kept in touch and facilitated contact with the head of the facility.
Shane Pierdard's insight into the Assisted Living Facilities in our area was invaluable. She was able to answer all of our questions and assist with the process. She made everything easier!
Theresa was fantastic and handled all of the aspect of our transition quickly adn professionally.
Lisa Richardson was a tremendous help to us during a difficult time of transitioning our Mom into Memory Care. She is knowledgeable, professional and highly experienced with a genuine concern for the best outcome for our Mom and ourselves. We appreciated everything she did for us and you should too.
I don’t live in Utah but had the responsibility of helping to select the best assisted living facility available. Emily made the process simple, clear and transparent. It’s hard to know who to trust when faced with these important decisions that involve your loved ones. I felt she was honest and direct in our conversations which is crucial to make an informed decision.
CarePatrol took the time to understand our needs for our mother's next transition in life and found us the perfect fit.
Denise Delmedico was wonderful to work with. She explained the assisted living rules and helped me to pick a facility that would be the best fit for my mother. Thank you
Bonnie Danker and her team have patiently provided honest and valuable information in support of our search for a new residence that will provide the support we now require to continue to enjoy our independence. We very much appreciate their responsiveness and assistance…
Unexpectantly, my life was turned upside down. I had to help my mom out-of-state following a car accident during the Covid-19 pandemic, while handling the loss of my brother too. While she was in the hospital/rehab for a complication, she also contracted Covid-19. Unfortunately, the multi-month experience showed me and her care team that mom could no longer live independently. I went from casually having a discussion of assisted living in the future with my mom to an immediate need of a new home for mom closer to my own home. Thankfully, my husband had a former colleague who became a Certified Senior Advisor with CarePatrol. I was super hesitant to talk with him. I had never heard of this company or seen anything related to it. How could I trust that they would do what was best for my mom? I also knew I did not have a lot to pay for a consultation/service to assist in this process. I had to preserve what money was available for my mom’s care costs going forward. She had been a single mother and money was always tight when we grew up. My husband reached out to Anthony through Linked-in, and put us in contact. It was the best hour of my life during this challenging time. I learned the service was FREE, learned the financial review would impact the facilities considered, and there were actually options for my mom that she and I never knew existed. It was an eye opening discussion. And one that would quickly escalate to meet the ever changing needs of my family’s situation. Initially my call with CarePatrol was for general information. Within two weeks, I was needing to schedule visits and make a decision where mom would live without the chance for her to visit her new home. CarePatrol took charge. I discussed with Anthony what I felt we needed, what we could financially rely on, and what mom would be looking for in a new home. From those conversations, he provided facility recommendations. Once I narrowed that list down after talking with mom, he made the arrangements for site visits and went on them with me. He was able to ask questions of the facility that I would have never thought to ask especially on the financial side. We had follow-up discussions and he kept me centered on what the long term goals were. He was willing to ask the tough questions and direct me to be able to make an informed decision in a very short period of time. He knew one facility was my favorite, yet it was not the best option financially long term. Through our discussions I came to see this too. And once a facility decision was made, it was not over. He was checking in every so often to see how mom was doing and myself. I was able to receive contacts for services that I was needing such as movers or if I had questions about state-to-state Medicare questions. If he did not have the answer, he had other colleagues in the CarePatrol network he could reach out to and get me what I needed. And now that I am able to have a better financial picture of my mom’s funds he’s recalculating the projections to know when we may need to adjust her living arrangements in the future. It has been a tremendous relief to have the guidance and assistance over the last three months from CarePatrol. I would not have made it through moving mom to respite care, selling her home out-of-state, continuing to work, and moving her into her new home without the support I had from CarePatrol. I am not one to normally write reviews. This is one I felt I had to write. More people need to learn about this company and what they can offer a family during a parent’s transition to a care facility. They made the process go significantly smoother, and saved me countless hours of research and time that allowed me to take care of mom’s immediate needs. I am forever grateful for Anthony and CarePatrol’s assistance.
The assistance of CarePatrol's representative made my search for a Memory Care Facility for my sister so easy and professional. He was knowledgeable of the places he showed me and made appointments which enabled us to the locate correct facility quickly. He listened to my situation, gave great information to look for in each facility, and helped me question those in charge at each place. My sister is now safely in a facility where I feel she is getting more help than the assisted living home she was in before. Ed stayed in contact until this move was completed and remained helpful throughout the entire procedure.
Excellent service and representative.
Meda was a great listener, patient with us, and showed us only facilities that fit our requirements. We were able to find a great option.
Patrick and Beth Bowen were excellent and caring partners while searching for a safe caring home alternative for my step mother. Patrick spent as much time needed to get a thorough description of our needs and goals. We visited some locations twice. He took time to meet with my step mother as well. He was kind, compassionate, and humorous. CarePatrol sent a welcome care basket of goodies to my step mom after she was settled in her new temporary home. We thank CarePatrol for a quality caring experinence.
Our experience working with CarePatrol has been nothing short of outstanding. It all starts with quality staff and Brad Roland is terrific. His patient and measured approach to discussing difficult topics with family members was greatly appreciated and his knowledge of various senior care options put us at ease during a stressful time. Brad is also a skilled listener, prompt communicator, and genuinely takes an interest in addressing concerns and questions given the complex nature of selecting appropriate care. We highly recommend reaching out to Brad Roland at CarePatrol and would not have been able to navigate our own family needs without his guidance and care.
Care Patrol was very responsive, comprehensive, and up front about their policies and affiliations. We felt comfortable working with the two staff members with whom we worked extensively. They were professional, very empathetic, and went above and beyond the scope of duty when it was needed. Our family's situation is very complex and involves enduring effort and engagement on our father's behalf. Care Patrol understands this and worked with us for many months to ensure that whatever we decided, they had our backs. Peripheral concerns were also responded to, so whenever there was an issue that could not be directly addressed through CP, Lauri was always able to refer us to the appropriate agencies.
Kari West is our coordinator to place my Dad in memory care, a difficult choice for our family. Kari listen to us, and some how through our emotions, found us the perfect home for my Dad. I feel relieved my Dad has the proper care, my step mom can care for herself and we can all support my Dad. I highly recommend Care Patrol, and Kari West.
