Jul 17,2021Markie worked her tail off to find a place for my sister, a difficult placement, and by all accounts she was on top of it all the way and continues to follow up with the place my sister is in. At this point I couldn't be more pleased.

Jul 17,2021Diana gave us the referral and we worked with Carey. Carey did a wonderful job making sure to communicate with us and give us places to look at.Also even after we found the perfect place and moved our mom in to the new facility(which is awesome) Carey called to thank us and made sure everything went well. Use CarePatrol you will be glad you did.

Jul 17,2021Laura Thibodeaux, from one of your Baltimore offices, started working with my friend back in October of 2020 when he was hospitalized and subsequently sent to rehab. She did her best to get him set up to go to an assisted living, but like many elders, he was stubborn and went back to his apartment, despite not having transportation or a working cell phone. I am out of state and lost contact with him, and assumed the worst. Laura reached out to me again, when he was hospitalized last month. Because my friend really has no family and, as far as we knew, no POA’s. It was a hot mess. I am a clinical social worker and I’ve been working in the hospice field for many years: Laura went way above and beyond to ensure that my friend found an assisted living within his budget and got him settled there. I am now the POA and made the 12 hour drive to Baltimore to get things in order. I am pleased and impressed with the facility, and am blown away by Larua’s dedication — she is actually going to help me deal with his apartment on a Saturday! During this time, I also reached out to a social work colleague at the VA and she told me that she had VERY positive experiences working with Care Patrol.

After reading those, she set up visits for my brother and I to see the facilities that he and I had chosen. She made everything go smoothly and was always available. We found a facility that we felt would serve our mother's needs. Thank you!

Jul 17,2021Carepatrole and Kerri West specifically were very caring and extremely helpful in placing my husband in an assisted living home. I was treated like family and it made this difficult time and decision that much bearable. I would recommend carepatrole and especially Kerri to anyone who needs assistance

The information was explained in a manner that was understandable which is so important when dealing with family that are experiencing the trauma of placing a loved one in a long term care facility. Jul 16,2021Eric Klein was central in helping us to navigate my fathers move from Florida into assisted living. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was available at all times by email or phone. Even after we had to move the date back of his arrival Eric stayed in the loop and offered unending guidance. We could not of done this without him and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with a loved one.

Jul 15,2021I had the opportunity to work with Gauri Kapor recently with a search for a new care facility. Ms. Kapor was incredibly helpful. She was quick to respond and made herself readily available to discuss, review and make physical visits to various locations. She provided alternative sites to consider, arranged for visits to each location and accompanied me on those visits. Her guidance and objective assessments were aligned with the needs of the patient and she carefully and effectively assisted the decision-making process from start to finish. Her kindness, caring and professionalism was immensely helpful at a difficult time and allowed us quickly find a satisfactory solution. I would reach out to Ms. Kapur again and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone else in need of her skills and experience.

Jul 15,2021I can't thank Bruce and his staff enough for how quickly they responded to my immediate needs to find an appropriate memory care placement for my husband who was in crisis. Within hours of getting a referral to help me, he had reached out to me and had things already in place. He was able to do in a few days what I was unable to do in 6 months. Every option I sought out was met with closed doors. I really felt helpless. He walked me through the entire process and met with me at the facility to give support and help with paperwork. Couldn't have done this without him. Very compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to any caregiver that is in need of placement for their loved ones dealing with Alzheimer's/Dementia. My husband is happy and adjusting well to his new home and I am finally at peace knowing that he is safe and being well taken care of. He was a godsend. Thank you so much, Bruce.

I have passed the information to my moms doctor, so more people could benefit from their services.
