My sisters and I had less than a week in town to get this move done. Todd found us an outstanding moving company. Everything went so smoothly; we could not have accomplished this task without Todd's professional and compassionate assistance. In our case, Care Patrol provided an excellent service. Jul 14,2021I had to move my father to a new facility and it was a very traumatic event for him. It was possible that the new care facility was not going to work out. I contacted Anthony at the Care Patrol and he was very caring and helpful. He provided information about possible alternative facilities and was very supportive. He kept in touch and helped the family feel that we would make it through my father’s move no matter the outcome.

Jul 14,2021Due to a fall resulting in a broken back, our loved one had to find a care facility in short order. Care Patrol stepped up in a big way. Theresa listened to what the requirements were for our family member. She also asked s lot of questions to see what personality traits fit. She was willing to go the extra mile to fit our needs.snd helped us answer all kinds of questions before we visited facilities. Thankyou Care Patrol.!

Jul 14,2021Your business has been a lifesaver for my family and I . Your angel girl Kari West came to our rescue to a almost impossible situation and task. My mother needed help into a rehab with little time to spare and Kari contacted Westlake in Commerce Michigan for us and we were able to move her there for 3 weeks. Then we had to find a assisted living home for her and Kari was able to show me what was available with in our budget. We now have mom placed in a loving, respectable, and caring home , not far from her own home. Jul 13,2021I do not know what I would have done without my representative Jamie. My loved one was a victim of elder abuse and the transitions from her home to multiple hospitals to skilled care and eventually to her permanent home in assisted living was immensely stressful. Jamie was always honest, patient, efficient, kind, budget conscious and knowledgeable. He and I had a conversation one day and by the next we were touring assisted living communities. Though this journey was emotionally taxing I'm grateful for organizations like CarePatrol to help guide us along the way. Thank you!

Jul 11,2021While my dad was at a rehab place for hip surgery our case manager informed us about care patrol. I contacted the service and found out options I had in money assistance in paying for an assisted living for my dad, that met his needs.I had a short amount of time to locate a place for my dad. We went out to visit some places and found one quickly and very nice.I would like to thank them in helping me find a place for my dad in a very stressfull time
