Jul 09,2021I was very happy with Care Patrol. They were professional, kind and understanding. This is the second time our family has used their services and been very happy both times. They were very knowledgable, as they asked many questions of the facility that we either forgot or didn't think to ask. They also have checked back with us several times to see how we are all doing with the transition.

Jul 08,2021Angels among us and Jonathan Clark is the angel who came in to my husband’s and my life. Having suffered the most difficult past year, my husband’s dementia had caused us to be heartbroken and discouraged. Jonathan not only came to our rescue, he discovered and solved our dilemma. He recognized our dire situation and remedied it with the most gracious and skillful team of caregivers in my world, if not the entire world. Having chosen the wrong memory care facility for my husband’s needs, I turned to Jonathan who paired us with the most remarkable and caring team I’ve ever met. They have set the stage for my husband to re-emerge as his charming self, by pairing him with a compatible housemate buddy. The joy they feel being together is contagious to anyone who observes them and from the bottom of my heart, I will be forever grateful to Jonathan and his team. God bless you all.

Jul 07,2021Sandy was a blessing with everything that was going on in my brother Tom’s life. She was very compassionate and caring along with all the help she gave to me to find the perfect place for my brother . She took me to several different facilities and we had tours. This allowed me to see each facility and see for myself how each one might work for my brother . She answered all the questions I had and this allowed me to find the perfect place for Tom. I would recommend Sandy to anyone having to face this very important choice for a loved one’s future living arrangements. I really had no idea how to start and she covered everything so I could find the perfect place for Tom

Jul 07,2021CarePatrol was referred to us by our financial advisor to help in relocating my mother. Mom received a prompt response and we met with representatives in our home within a few days of contacting them. Within a week we were able to tour facilities that would work for Mom in an independent living situation. Within two weeks we were able to move my mother into her new residence. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision and, in fact, were appropriately questioned throughout the process to ensure Mom was receiving what she wanted and needed. Mom is very excited and pleased with her new living situation and we are thankful to the CarePatrol representatives who gave us real help and direction in finding the right place for this time!

Jul 06,2021Barbie was amazing! She was caring, kind, compassionate, patient and reassuring at a difficult and stressful time. It was a huge help and relief to have her arrange tours/meetings at different communities and accompany us. We had a very small window to find assisted living for our dad and Barbie made it happen! She was very responsive and made herself available –even after hours– by text, voice and email. She even checked into Dad’s eligibility for Veteran’s benefits. I highly recommend CarePatrol to everyone needing help finding senior housing! Thank you for this amazing service:)

Listening intently is a skill that Jonathan takes seriously. He took down all of the information I needed to share about my loved one and helped me find the right placement quickly and efficiently. Jonathan goes above and beyond with his services! He is patient, kind, and compassionate and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We decided on a wonderful facility for my Dad that fits his needs. Deb worked quickly and is very kind and loving with me and my Dad. I highly recommend Deb Scholl with CarePatrol. Jul 06,2021I was recommended by someone helping my mom to call Care Control and I ended up talking with Kisha who I found sweet and caring. I loved how on our first visit with her, my Mom felt at ease with her and actually told her that she doesn't cook, yet with everyone else she would insist she can do everything. Kisha was so sweet and patient with my mom and just listened to her and Mom like that. After she left, my mom told me " I like her". Kisha was patient and caring and helped with a couple of choices for us to visit for a place for my mom. With her struggling with memory issues, I needed to find a way to make it seem like she was making the decision, not me or someone else. To make it seem like she was still in control. We were going to sign with one place with would of been wonderful for mom, but at the same time I did have two concerns, one which was money wise and didn't want to uproot my mom's life any more than I have to especially after 6-9 months if her money started running out. I was also concerned about the bigger place if Mom would remember her way around. This was actually a blessing in disguise because after we left we were talking and Mom asked what would happen if she ran out of money. That opened the door for me to suggest Arbor Courts and that Kisha could help us set a meeting up to look. So Mom went with the idea and although she knew before, at the time she didn't know that her sister lives there too so she was ecstatic to learn her sister lives there! I know if I have a friend or family that need help with placing a family member, I will definitely recommend Care Patrol and also Kisha as well! Thank you al so much!

Jul 05,2021Oh my gosh! I would give more stars if I could. I met Anthony Coleman at the darkest time in my life. I am the caretaker of both my parents whom have serious health issues. I was quickly falling apart, felt I had no one to turn to. I didn't know how to begin looking for help. All of that changed once someone gave me care patrol number. Anthony told me he would be there every step, and he has been he found an alternative to nursing home for my pops who has demitia and Parkinson's and it wss such an easy transition thanks to Anthony. If your confused or scared out of your mind to make a move please give carepatrol a chance...you will NOT regret it!
