Jul 05,2021Care patrol was so helpful when my family was in a difficult situation with my 92 yo mother. There are so many factors to understand when dealing with care centers. The care patrol staff plows through the weeds and red tape to help you know what important things to do and consider.

We could not have navigated everything ourselves long distance but our representative, Suzy was available, knowledgeable, and had the experience to gently lead us to find the perfect community for our mother. She navigated the paperwork, and the financial and legal details to make it happen. Suzy went above and beyond to be our substitute until we could arrive from out of state and do the final arrangements. We recommend CarePatrol to anyone who needs to help a loved one find a senior community or any kind of services needed by seniors.

Jul 03,2021CarePatrol hasn't really done anything yet except to give me the names of 2 companies who can clean out an apartment and/or take things to the dump. She offered to take the person to her new location for me but I certainly don't need Care Patrol to do that as it would just confuse the person I am moving to assisted living since she's never met this person and would be leery of going with her anywhere. Person I talked to was very nice and very pleasant but didn't do much to help me with my dilemma. They don't help clean out someone's apartment; they don't toss things away; they don't pack items; and they don't do much of anything else except to then collect a commission from the new place this person is being moved to. I was not overly impressed with their service.

Jul 02,2021Care Patrol, specifically Emily, was one of the best resources I have ever experienced in helping a family or a chosen friend manage a very complicated couple of months in the care and choices available in Southeast Wisconsin, to help my friend receive care that was right for her. Emily was available in person, by text, or phone when we needed guidance in healthcare choices and availability, as well as giving me the contact information necessary. . WHAT A GREAT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE EMILY, AS PART OF CARE PATROL, WAS ABLE TO OFFER US. I have the highest regards for this agency, referred to us at the doctor visit and social worker of the Aurora Sinai Senior care Center on Milwaukee. And she is still available if we have a concern or question regarding care! KUDOS TO EMILY and Care Patrol!

She found us an outstanding place for my husband to spend the rest of his time here on earth. The residential home meets all of our needs with an added dose of priceless love. He asked questions and provided information and made appointments to visit some facilities near my home. We visited three places where he asked some questions I hadn’t thought of and just was very supportive. I found the right place for dad that day. Thank you!
