Jul 02,2021Once again CarePatrol helped us out finding a suitable assisted living facility. This time it was for my mom. Previously it was for my in-laws. We were in a rush situation and Maran was able to arrange tours based on our needs and income in a very timely manner. She further assisted us in arranging for my mom to be released from an undesirable skilled nursing facility to my mom’s new assisted living home. Maran’s guidance throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Take the weight off your shoulders and let the CarePatrol be your resource for finding alternative care for your loved one.

Words can't even describe the level of compassion and understanding that Lisa provided to my siblings and I, we wouldn't have known where to even begin! Thanks a million!

Jul 02,2021It was great to have Angela assess Mom's needs, set up appointments at appropriate facilities, and work with me about questions I needed to ask. Once the placement was complete, she followed up with both me and Mom. This is a wonderful organization!

Todd gave us choices based on the budget and our overall needs, then set up appointments and accompanied us on those. With no time on my own to arrange these things, Todd probably saved us lots of time and money in choosing a home for my parent.

Jul 01,2021My review is for Care Patrol. Bruce and his team came to meet both my Father and myself at our home. That allowed my Father to be comfortable and have an interaction with them. I believe this helped Bruce and his team understand what was needed to best serve my Father in his move to memory care and his long term well being. I as the the family member making the decision was kept in touch and updated about tours, options, cost, and even the best way to get furniture. Care Patrol took the time to tour the facilities with me, answer questions even days after the tour. The was not pressure but support in my search for the best place in a price range that fit my needs. There was a follow up after my Dad had been placed to check on him and me. Bruce and his team support made a difficult decision an easier experice.
