Jun 30,2021After mom got "dumped" from a facility, Carissa stepped in and using her knowledge of the industry, and of memory care patients, we now have a much better fit. She was on our side ,helped us ask the right questions, and because of her we will sleep easier knowing we've made a good choice.

Jun 28,2021Ruthie was very helpful in helping me find a skilled nursing facility for my father. It was a confusing process and I did not know that I couldn't call places at first that she needed to. She helped me find a place that gave my father the right attention to his needs and also gave him some dignity. She helped me find a hidden gem of nursing homes.

Jun 27,2021Michael Mithen with Care Patrol of Oakland County has helped me twice - once when I needed to find a group home for my husband & again when I needed to find a respite location for myself after surgery. Unlike a representative from a similar company, Michael really listened to what I was looking for & only recommended appropriate places, saving me time, disappointment & aggravation.

Jun 22,2021Charles Crowley was outstanding in helping me find a memory care community on short notice. He worked tirelessly and was always available to talk to me and give me the straight information on communities in the area. In addition, Charles was also there to provide support during an very difficult time. Helping families is not a job for Charles, it is an avocation. I cant thank him enough for all his help.

Jun 22,2021I can't say enough about the help I received from Anna McMaster of CarePatrol in the Austin area. Anna was patient when I first started the process of moving my mom to Austin last year, then again when I had to move her to assisted living. Anna worked with me to be sure that we found a place where Mom would be comfortable and well-cared for, keeping track of the multiple special requests and considerations that I brought up. It's clear that Anna cares about her clients and wants them to be happy and safe. I would not hesitate to call her again if I ever need to move my mom to a different facility.

He was kind and responsive and helped us through a very difficult few days by really listening to my mom’s situation and then suggesting the most appropriate memory care facilities for her and scheduling tours for us promptly. Petra hung in there, even when I thought it couldn't be done she made sure it got taken care of. Always with the best attuite and positive results. Jun 19,2021My mom was living alone at home and having difficulties. Strangers were constantly calling her phone number, confusing junk mail filled her mailbox, and I was uncertain whether she was taking her prescriptions correctly. I had contacted CarePatrol and was connected with Dina, who worked in the area. Dina had lots of patience with my mom, while we toured assisted living places. She educated us on what to look for in a place and we only toured places which had positive feedback/reviews. Thereafter, my mom ended up in the hospital after mixing up a prescription. I quickly called CarePatrol and Dina coordinated a quick move to an assisted living place we had toured prior. My mom is now happy, has new friends, and gets the help she needs when needed.
