Jun 18,2021I highly recommend Care Patrol for assistance in placing a loved one. My father has dementia and needed 24 hr.care. I live in Florida and Dad in Pennsylvania before I even arrived in Pa. Mary Ann was already sending me choices to tour when I got there. Mary Ann was so kind and caring I couldn’t have accomplished half of what she did in that amount of time. She is very compassionate about her job and we ended up finding a great place for my Dad!! Thank You Mary Ann Care Patrol is Awesome!!

Jun 17,2021Denise and Petra were excellent in providing the help and support throughout the process of finding a suitable and affordable facility for my brother in law. Because of his special requirements, it was a difficult process. Their kindness and empathy made it a lot easier. They bring superb knowledge of the industry and were exceptionally responsive.

Jun 17,2021It is with much gratitude that I write this review for Anthony Black of Care Patrol. From my first point of contact, Anthony Black, was professional, informative, caring and compassionate. I was in unfamiliar territory trying to figure out next steps for the best care for my mother who recently had a severe stroke and would need 24/7 supervision. Finding the perfect place that could meet my mom's needs and the family's needs was his top priority. He wanted to know, not only her medical concerns and limitations, but also about her as a person... her career before retirement, hobbies, likes, dislikes... He provided an invaluable service at an overwhelming, unexpected time of crisis. I am incredibly grateful. We toured many places because I wanted to be absolutely sure to choose the best option for mom. Turns out, we chose the first location he took me to and it was truly the best for her needs. Knowing that we were also considering moving my mother from her home state to my home state, so she would be closer to our family, he connected me with the Care Patrol representative in my area so I could start research there. That representative, Brad Roland, was also professional, informative, caring and compassionate. He provided additional resources and contact information for out of state relocation to my area. I highly recommend Anthony and Brad. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you so much.

Jun 17,2021Wendy and Cyndi with CarePatrol have been absolutely fantastic. They helped us maneuver through a time sensitive and emergent situation with the speed and the knowledge to get the job done! I’m a registered nurse case manager myself and I couldn’t have done it better. They are absolutely wonderful and I recommend them to handle any situation someone we have with their elderly family members from questions to crisis.

Jun 16,2021Shawn was knowledge in all areas of care, facilities, costs. each facility knew him and thought highly of him. he listed to families needs, ability to pay, and found location 3 location near that would be acceptable. also discussed the future needs and how to address. I already had some items taken care of so this let me know I was on the right path.

Without her knowledgeable assistance in suggesting Memory Care Communities and setting up appointments for me to visit them on an extremely tight timeline I could not have done it without her

Jun 16,2021A few weeks ago my dad's health situation changed suddenly. He has Alzheimer's and dementia, and literally overnight we needed to find a long-term assisted living facility for him. One of the nurses at the hospital gave my mom a list of resources, and we ended up talking with a representative at CarePatrol here in Denver. She was fantastic! This is an incredibly valuable service. Her compassion, knowledge, and expertise made it so much easier (and so much less stressful!!) to find a suitable facility for my dad on very short notice. Once she understood the specifics of the situation, she started looking for facilities that could accommodate my dad's needs. She is very familiar with the facilities in the Denver metro area and quickly narrowed it down to two. She initiated communication with each facility to see if they had immediate availability. They were both a reasonable distance from my mom so she could get over there easily. She took care of all these initial steps in one phone call with us. She even went with us when we toured the facility to make sure all our questions were answered. We chose the one closest to my mom, and my dad is getting settled in nicely. The facility is a great fit for him, it's clean and orderly, and the staff are excellent! It seems to be just what he needs, and we're very happy they were able to take him in so quickly. Having our representative's great skill helping us navigate this process was invaluable to us in such a stressful situation. If you find yourself needing a long-term living solution for a loved one, my mom and I feel you can't go wrong with CarePatrol, and we are most grateful for their help. Thank you CarePatrol!! You saved the day.

I have had the pleasure of working with Care Patrol in Northern Colorado twice this month. The advisors are truly experts in their knowledge and are always looking out for the best interests of the family. They are reliable, easy to get ahold of, and transparent. They are one of my favorite referral companies to work with! Markie Anderson and Amy Herrick are both incredibly kind and professional. They made the transitions for the residents that chose our residence a breeze, which was a huge blessing for both myself and the families. I would 100% recommend them!

She was very compassionate, caring and understanding the whole time she helped us find the perfect place for our Dad. It can be hard calling the different places seeing who offers what, what is included , what you'll have to pay extra for. With Markie , she already knew a lot of these answers. I talked to her and told her what we were looking for and what we expected. Markie then found the perfect place, she also made follow up calls to make sure things were going well. She truly has a huge heart and loves what she does. Thank you again Markie for your caring heart and great customer care

She has tirelessly worked with me to find the best place for my parents. She is very responsive to texts and emails, incredibly knowledgeable about the various facilities in the surrounding Nashville area, and obviously has a great reputation with these facilities. Jun 15,2021From the time I first spoke to Bonnie Danker over the phone to visiting places and deciding on a place for my mom - Bonnie was Fantastic. She explained the ins and outs of the various places and services. She listened to my mom and me regarding what we needed and what we were looking for. Bonnie is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was a difficult time for us, making difficult decisions and Bonnie was sensitive to that and got us through the process. We highly recommend Bonnie and CarePatrol.

Jun 15,2021Thank you Bruce. Bruce Lopez met me at a neutral site so my husband would not be aware. He remained discreet for the several months it took for me to let go of the care for my husband. He stayed in touch but never pushed me. He remained mindful of my budget. I eventually placed my husband at opal house in cape coral. I am very pleased.
