Jun 14,2021I still don't know everything about alzheimers and thank goodness Care Patrol had the expertise to guide me for caregiving and placement. I truly don't know how I would've gotten help without care patrol.

Jun 14,2021Care Patrol has been a life saver for our family. Our representative Michael Mithen is so helpful, friendly, and professional. He served as an excellent guide and liaison and made sure to reach out to us every step of the way during the placement process. He has vetted all locations that he refers to, and is able to provide great insight. He was able to make very quick appointments for us to tour locations and did not hesitate to make recommendations when needed. He truly took the stress and worry out of the placement process. I highly recommend Care Patrol.

She showed me two excellent choices in my area, and I was happy with both. Hard to choose which one, but I'm very happy with the one I chose.

Maryann was extremely helpful in walking us through a variety of options that would assist my mother with activities of daily living. Her compassion and empathy with the struggles that we were experiencing, helped us make difficult decisions while still maintaining my mother’s dignity. We were not forced into anything that we were not ready to commit to. We are very grateful for all the help, advice, and information she provided. Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation one that will make my mother’s life fulfilling.

Both times they were caring and compassionate, listened to our needs, and were knowledgeable about the various facilities. They were available for questions and tours, and negotiated on our behalf. I tried to start the process of finding assisted living and getting the Medicare/Medicaid funding process going for my Mother-in-Law on my own while trying to work full-time and take care of her. Then my (and her) primary care provider told us about Markie at CarePatrol. Wow, Markie took over and took ALL of the confusion off our plates, helped us find a wonderful place for my MIL and helped us understand how the funding piece works. My only complaint? I wish I had known about Markie and CarePatrol sooner! They truly are really good at what they do!
