Jun 08,2021Karla was knowledgeable in the facilities that offered the services that we needed as well as other extremely helpful resources. She was able to book tours around out specific schedules and able to accommodate any last minute change of plans. I would recommend Karla and her CarePatrol team to anyone who could use a hand navigating these sometimes difficult but necessary life changes. They truly take the stress of having to find the recourses and make all the calls off of your shoulders.

Jun 08,2021Christa Slatina was essential in helping me find a place for my father. After an accident and a trip to the hospital he was told he could no longer live alone. This was very unexpected and we only had a few days to find him a new place to live. Christa showed me several places, and was very patient and answered all my questions during a very stressful time. I never felt that she tried to push me into any one place. After checking out a few places I actually went with the first one she showed. I highly recommend Christa Slatina if you need to find a care home for a loved one.

Jun 07,2021I was referred to Care Patrol by a case worker at my father's doctor's office. I had been considering assisted living for my father, who had lived with my family and I for over 3 years, due to the changing of his health care needs. I had tried by myself to navigate the world of assisted living facilities but wasn't having very good luck. My Care Patrol representative Rick Young was an absolute godsend. Rick was very knowledgeable of various facilities in my area, he was very kind and considerate over the phone as we conversed, and he even made a detailed profile for my father that included everything from his height, weight, medical needs, medications, hobbies, etc. that we could give each facility to ensure that they could meet my father's needs. With Rick's help, we were able to find a facility for my father that meets and exceeds all of his needs. Thank you Rick and Care Patrol for making an otherwise stressful decision/time, painless and easy.

Things went very smoothly and mom is now enjoying her new place - I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone that needs to find a place for their loved one.

Jun 09,2021We had a wonderful experience, thanks to CarePatrol and Lori Vrcan. This was an extra situation, since my mom was nearly 90 and had never lived outside of PA. Our commitment was to move my mom to an assisted living facility in NC. Lori spent a great deal of time up front asking questions about my mom. The facility that was her top choice turned out to be incredible. We had other facility tours scheduled, but cancelled after this visit. Lori was quite responsive and caring. Truly a blessing
