Jun 03,2021Jenn was amazing in getting me all the information quickly to find a place for my dad. It was urgent and time sensitive to find a place. I am out of state so she also helped reassure me when I was over stressed and overwhelmed that we could make it all happen and quickly. My dad is in a really great place that meets his needs. It is small and affordable for my dad. I always thought the bigger assisted living facilities were the go to but actually the smaller home like setting is perfect. He is actually socializing and has more consistent eyes on him instead of pushing a button and waiting for someone to come help him. Thanks Jenn!! I really do appreciate your help!!

Jun 03,2021Deb was spectacular! We didn’t know where to begin in searching for the right place for my Mother-in-law. She helped us narrow down our key needs, budget etc. and we felt we had a strong resource/advocate that knew much more than we did about this process. She toured selected properties with us and really wanted to get to know my Mother-In-Law and find the ideal location for her. (Prioritizing our wants and needs). She would ask appropriate follow-up questions that we had not thought about. A true advocate for you and your family and we were very lucky to have her. She has passion and loves what she does! (And still have her now and in the future to assist us) Would recommend over and over and I can’t say enough.....

Jun 03,2021Jeff Kelling did a tremendous job in helping find an assisted living facility for my sister moving from New Hampshire. He had answers for all my questions and promptly replied to all my phone calls. He set up virtual visits that helped make the selection much easier. The final testimony comes from Jane as she said she is so happy at and it is the perfect facility for her.

Jun 02,2021CarePatrol is an amazing service! My sister and I had the privilege of working with Maran. Her kindness, expertise, understanding, and professionalism was top notch! We had to find an immediate placement for my mother and was amazed how efficient and organized the process unfolded. Maran not only provided resident suggestions based on finances available, but also took the time to speak with us about the personality and overall aspects of my mom's life to ensure the right fit for my mother. Maran was a gift that literally fell into our laps! The stress and relief taken off of our plate was beyond a blessing. My sister and I are so grateful. Jun 02,2021We had a wonderful experience with CarePatrol. We got into contact with them through one of the rehab facilities my father was in. They followed up with a phone call a couple days later, and had a list of seven facilities within a day or two after that. We visited only one facility since that turned out to be the one we picked after reviewing some of the provided information about the others. To my surprise the man I worked with, Todd, was at the on-site visit! He took notes for me on a visit form which he handed to me after the meeting. Through the process he also helped me think about the various issues and the questions to ask. We had worked with another service before this that was OK and gave me quite a list of facilities. Unfortunately, I was only able to make 2 out of 4 scheduled visits because the identified facilities could not take on the special care my father needed. By contrast, CarePatrol assisted with that piece of the puzzle and was much better across the board in comparison. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for help in navigating this difficult issue.

Jun 02,2021My wife is diabetic and has dementia .Recently she fell at home and fractured her left hip. Two weeks later while a patient at a rehab center, she fell again and broke the right hip. I was in desperate need of a facility that she could transfer into that could offer her both physical therapy and address her cognitive issues. I was introduced to CarePatrol, explained my need, and they went to work on it right away. The next day they called me with four local options that could be a good fit for my wife. They even called and arranged for me to visit the facilities. One turned out to be an excellent fit for our situation, My wife is now a resident where she is receiving rehab for her broken hips and is in a memory care program that offers hope for a better quality of life for those with cognitive issues. I could not be more pleased with the excellent assistance I received from CarePatrol and their follow-up afterwards, For anyone in need of assistance finding the right facility for a loved one transitioning from a hospital situation into assisted living or memory care, I would highly recommend this organization. They are a caring, results oriented group that can deliver invaluable services in a most timely manner. Thanks CarePatrol for being there when I needed you.

Judy listened to our requirements and concerns for a memory care facility and presented us with a variety of options. We feel very fortunate are are grateful to have had her assistance while we searched for a new home for our Dad.
