Jun 01,2021Care patrol knows all the wonderful smaller assisted livings in Maryland that do not really advertise. The team is amazing to work with, very responsive and truly listen to the clients needs and wants for their loved one.

She was able to set up tours and provide much needed assistance with our search. We could not have done this without the help of Emily. She was incredible! We highly recommend their services.

Jun 01,2021Julie was very courteous, prompt and followed up well. Since I had done a lot of preliminary research, her job may have been easier, or perhaps not, but she helped a lot in the initial visits to senior living facilities. I felt that she pushed one, Arivella, a little too much,but it was not a good fit for my mom. Thank you so much to her and her colleagues for making this process easier. Mom is getting settled in her new home, although it will take awhile to truly feel “ at home”.

Jun 01,2021Finding an assisted living facility for a loved one is an incredibly difficult task and a hard decision. Bonnie was excellant in assisting us with this decision (I would have picked 5 stars but I cannot go backwards - oops). She did her research on us AND the facilitie so that she only took us to view those locations that were a "best fit". She was very patient & understanding. We even included mom on our visits to ensure that we had her buy-in. I only wish we'd known about CarePatrol BEFORE we placed mom in her first facility. I hope I don't need to do so, but if I did, I would definitely use CarePatrol in the future. Thank you

Jun 01,2021We worked with Brad Roland when we were searching for an assisted living facility for my Mom and Dad. Brad was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and was always available to answer our questions, set up and attend visits, and help with the final steps when we were deciding on a facility. He is honest and straightforward and had a good relationship with all the facilities. I cannot recommend Brad enough. He was a godsend for our family along this journey!

May 30,2021We are very pleased with the assistance Care Patrol provided us in our search for an assisted living facility for our father and more importantly he is thrilled. They gave us information about the different levels of care from independent living to skilled nursing so we could find the appropriate facility and set up and accompanied us on the visits to the various communities. They advocated to get medical information we weren't getting from his healthcare providers . I would recommend anyone seeking a nursing facility not to do it without Care Patrol.
