May 30,2021Jonathan is a patient, caring presence who knows a lot about senior living and care options in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. He and Reba always listened carefully and followed up with me regularly. I highly recommend this service as a source of support and knowledge to ease the stress of finding the right care.

He has followed up to see how everyone is doing. We will definitely recommend this to others as an option for them to help with the process. May 29,2021A friend informed me about CarePatrol, and I would highly recommend them. Eric Sailor in the NEOhio location is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. As caregivers to a parent with dementia, we were already stressed and overwhelmed. Similar to a realtor, Eric did all the legwork in helping my family find the right assisted living home for mom. He identified several facilities (based on mom’s needs and what we wanted for mom—to be well taken care of) and arranged tours—of which he also attended. During the tours he also asked the facility questions that we otherwise may have not known or even forgot to ask because we were so overwhelmed. We already had so much on our plate and I found Eric’s assistance during the tours and throughout this entire journey to be of such great help and eased some of our stress. This was an extremely emotional journey and one of the hardest decisions to have to make for mom. He treated us and mom’s care with respect, compassion and empathy. When mom was admitted to the hospital, she was deemed unsafe at home and needed immediate placement in an assisted living facility, Eric was instrumental in making that happen—even when the hospital kept changing mom’s post-hospital care and discharge date on us. We were emotionally depleted, overwhelmed and stressed. I really felt that Eric had my family’s back and through his swift and diligent efforts, got mom into the AL facility of our choice. Our family couldn’t have done this without Eric’s help. Thank you, Eric!

Lisa Richardson was very attentive to my requests in arranging tours and in gathering information for me.

May 28,2021I was told that I needed to move my mom to a memory care facility. So Patti at Cornerstone gave me the name of Sandi Wake with Care Patrol to call. I called Sandi and she got back to me quickly. I explained my predicament and she helped me by finding three places for me to check into. The first place she referred me to was Stone Ridge so my husband, brother, and I took a tour there the next day. I was very happy with the place and glad that Sandi referred me to them. She was very helpful.

May 28,2021Jonathan Clark was recommended by the social worker at my Mom's rehab. He was caring and personable from the beginning and we enjoyed talking with him. His vast knowledge and open way of speaking put me at ease and my confidence in him was not disappointed. Jonathan quickly helped us get a wonderful skilled nursing facility where my Mom will be well cared for. He was sensitive to our specific needs for location, care, and cost. He also acted as a liaison for us with the rehab center which was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond all I could have hoped for and he is nothing short of a miracle worker!

The daunting process of helping a friend look for a suitable temporary living arrangement given a very short time frame was a wonderful experience with Cas! The world of the services needed by my friend was a complete unknown to me. My friend had a very successful outcome with Cas’s expertise, caring sense & amazing ability to collect all the needed information, weave it all together & act swiftly on it all while being very supportive & reassuring to me & my friend in the process! May 28,2021Gauri Kapur of Diamond Bar and Reza Mir of Orange County were like guardian angels to me and my siblings as we tried to find the right care facility for our 92-year-old mother. Gauri accompanied us to all the tours and helped negotiate price. Both Reza and Gauri gave us recommendations for needed services, such as a mobile notary and financial advisors specializing in seniors, as well as connecting us to a business that helps with VA benefits. I can't say enough good things about Gauri and Reza. I don't know what we would have done without them--especially since we live across the country from my mother and only had a certain amount of days to accomplish finding her a place to live. I recommend them highly!

May 27,2021I cannot recommend CarePatrol of Buffalo highly enough. I had to find options for my elderly (80s) widowed mother while living almost 3,000 miles from Buffalo. Both Julie and Don made the process much less stressful. They gave great advice, and Julie's personal touch was invaluable. If you need to take care of an aging mother or father, talk to Julie and Don first. You won't regret it.

May 27,2021I cannot say enough about Deb from Care Patrol who went above & beyond for my brother & I to find the absolute perfect place for our mother. She had the most energetic, positive, happy , most kind personality of anyone Ive ever met & was just unbelievably amazing at what she does. And with us going through the toughest time w/our mother she made it the easiest w/us knowing absolutely nothing about any of this. So she definitely needs to be rewarded & I will definitely be rewarding her as soon as things calm down a little bit... Thank you, thank you, thank you for this service! May 27,2021Ralph, my care patrol rep. was very professional and extremely compassionate. He understood the unique needs of our father and the struggles we were having at his current AL. He researched the communities ahead of time and prearranged our tours, even though we were outside of his coverage area, he was willing to help us. Most importantly, Ralph actively listened to what our father‘s needs were and found several good places to choose from. Since he had already experienced similar challenges with his parents, he was able to offer insight and encouragement during this overwhelming process. Our care patrol rep. communicated with us through the whole process. Even after we had relocated our father to the new AL facility, he had helped us to find, he followed up to make sure things were still going well. Care Patrol came highly recommended to me from a friend in Az. who had used them to find a place for their mom. I too, will highly recommend Care Patrol to others searching for a place for their loved ones in the Clearwater, Fl area. From our whole family, thank you Ralph & Care Patrol for your help.
