May 27,2021Petra Perciavalle went above and beyond her job while helping my family find a memory care facility for my mom. She is dedicated, caring and thoughtful. Choosing a facility was a difficult decision but thanks to Petra’s knowledge we were well informed about different options available to us. I highly recommend Petra if you are looking for a long term care facility.

The fact that she had visited some of the facilities/ providers, that she could quickly check room availabilities, and that she knew how to help us choose "the right one" was valuable.

May 27,2021My brother and I literally did not know where to turn to when we realized my father could no longer care for himself. The hospital gave me the brochure for care patrol and I reached out to Doyle. Doyle has been on this journey with us for a few months now and has seen us through from beginning to end. He is such a valuable resource to us in helping find dad the facility that could best suit his needs. He encouraged us to speak up if things weren’t going our way and gave us insightful questions to ask that we would never have known to ask. It was really wonderful knowing we weren’t alone and there was a caring and kind person helping us through this life experience.

May 27,2021Patrick Bowen of CarePatrol of East Tennessee was so helpful to us as we navigated though the challenges of finding the best care situation for our parents. First he helped us find in-home care when we needed an urgent solution. He then helped us find the perfect senior care facility for their new "home". He reviewed all the options with us, helping us hone in on the right match for their needs. We moved them in last week and I feel relieved that we made the right choice so they can be happy and well cared for.

May 26,2021Angela Coleman was wonderful beyond words! My aunt was having issues with possible dementia which later was diagnosed for sure, she was in the hospital and deemed unable to live on her own anymore, I was scrambling to figure out where she could go from the hospital when I was referred to her. She spent so much time looking for what would fit our needs and everything fell into place. My aunt was taken there and is still there. I am very grateful for Angela and would highly recommend her to anyone in need!

May 25,2021We found ourselves in a very difficult position of finding the right care for our Mother and we didn't have very much time. Eric from CarePatrol was a huge blessing from God. His compassion for our situation and knowledge made the whole process so comfortable and helped us make the best decisions that where not only good for Mom but good for us as well. This is a service that more people need to know is available, it really helps during one of the hardest times helping our aging loved ones.

May 25,2021Nikki checked all over to find an assisted living facility in our area that would handle my mother in law’s colostomy bag. When she could not she contacted another care patrol in another county. Melanie was able to find a facility for us. The place is beautiful. We are so grateful for all the help we received from care patrol. Both of the ladies were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend their services!

May 25,2021Brad Roland provided the insight and guidance I desperately needed to find an assisted living community for my dad, who was coming out of a challenging experience in rehab. He lined up three tours on the day I was available, and it was evident and reassuring that he has good relationships with the facilities we visited. Clearly he was only showing me places he would consider for his own parent, and he helped me weigh the pros and cons of each option. He asked the questions I didn’t think to ask and helped to keep things moving along with great follow up. Now that I know this service exists, I will be recommending Brad any chance I get.

May 24,2021Care Patrol helped my very complicated situation get placed quickly; in the time frame that the hospital requested. We worked together to tour multiple facilities (in very short notice) and even kept in contact on the weekend. They had all of the resources (and more) that I struggled to find on the internet and were knowledgeable about multiple locations and services; had direct contacts (and relationships) at the places we were looking at, and even joined us on all of the tours we had to do! This is really an incredible free service for our community; and when the time comes for your loved one you should make sure that care patrol is by your side to help!

May 27,2021My personal contact helped greatly. She was able to find 5 or 6 facilities located within several miles of my home and within my specific price range. She also went on several of the facility tours to help with any questions I may have, as well as to verify the information she had about them. Furthermore, she provided the name and contact info of a professional that could help me with forms and procedures to potentially gain some veterans financial aid to help pay for my family member's monthly stay. She was always available to answer my calls and questions I had.
