May 24,2021My husband Francis "Frank" Tremblay, was well taken care of. His last day at hospice found him smiling, up and around in his new wheel chair. His end was predicted, but his final days were happy, because he was well taken care of. My children and I appreciated the care given to this loving husband, father. Marilyn Tremblay

May 21,2021JoEllen from Care Patrol is Amazing! I was a caregiver for a elderly couple for several years. She was extremely helpful with her resources and recommendation's such as VA Lawyer, VA benefits just to name a few. Most important she played a huge role in their transition from their home residents to Assistanted Living. We couldn't have done it without her. May 17,2021Jodi was extremely helpful in locating a suitable facility and setting up appointments. My disappointment came with regard to finances. She repeatedly stated she would negotiate on my behalf and work her magic with the quoted numbers, but once we received the initial pricing and expressed interest, there were no adjustments made or negotiated. Though I pushed back several times, she said it was the best they could do. In the presence of the facility salesperson, when prices were quoted, Jodi stated, I will work my magic and get these numbers down. This indicated to me that this was standard practice and there would be some cost relief. I just felt misled.

I didn't expect the custom help they offered and the help they have a heart from the Admin and entire staff. I wouldn't have known about this facility without Bruce Lopes.

May 17,2021Jodie and Tracy of the CarePatrol team did an excellent job in finding my father an assisted living He had extensive skilled care needs and there was great time pressure to move dad. Care-patrol was aggressive and yet compassionate making our family feel like their top priority even though they have many other clients to attend to. They always kept us updated and were professional and honest through the process. Thank you again CarePatrol!

May 17,2021I am the health care surrogate for my Uncle and when he had been in a rehabilitation I was told he would more than likely need to go to assisted living when he was released. My Uncle was strongly resisting going to assisted living for the extra care that was needed. When I called Rob from Care Patrol he completely understood and sent me the options in the area to look over so I had an idea of where he would end up. When it was time for my Uncle to leave rehabilitation and we were driving to his home, I knew he could not be alone and made an emergency call to Rob at Care Patrol and in less than an hour he found us a great place right in our neighborhood. This is a fabulous service and when I spoke to relatives out of state they also new of this service and said the same thing, Great Job Rob!!

May 17,2021Social communities very well and give you direction as to the best place for your loved one. They scheduled tours quickly and were there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend them. There is so much to finding the right place and they take that worry away for you.
