May 16,2021Eric Klein with Care Patrol came alongside our family during an exceedingly challenging time as we were looking to find a long-term care solution for my two parents with very different care needs to be able to remain together in the same facility. Eric spent a lot of time learning about our family's situation, preferences and resources and offered guidance on a number of fronts that we never would have thought to consider. He identified a range of viable solutions for our needs, arranged tours, accompanied us on the tours to help ask questions and advocate for us and even reviewed the contract with the facility we ultimately selected. Having him on our side saved us weeks' worth of research and helped us avoid some pitfalls we might have otherwise unknowingly fallen into. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

May 16,2021I contacted Jim Everson of Care Patrol based on a recommendation. He let me explain the situation about my mother who has dementia and needed to move from an assisted living facility to a memory care unit. He set up 3 appointments for me and my sister (sister via Zoom) based on the info from our conversation. Proximity to my home was important and he provided us with wonderful facilities to choose from. The one we chose has provided our mom with good care, kindness, good staff and more. She has been there two months now and seems to be acclimating very well. She seems happy which is the most important thing to our family. Jim took the time to find the facility that best suited Mom. We chose it. Jim found it.

May 15,2021We got great service. I particularly appreciated that the person we worked with was local rather than just a voice on the phone several states away. She knew the communities and they knew her. She makes herself available even after a community is selected.

May 14,2021Care Patrol was a help immediately after I called. They know the aging communities very well and give you direction as to the best place for your loved one. They scheduled tours quickly and were there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend them. There is so much to finding the right place and they take that worry away for you.

May 14,2021Sandi was very helpful. She asked us questions to see where she thought we could get my grandma placed According to net needs and wants. We ended up choosing the first place we visited and moved her in two weeks later. After living in her apartment alone for almost 23 years we knew it would be a huge adjustment. My grandma settled in with very few complications and she is very happy there.

May 14,2021Mary Ann Pickell was recommended to us by a friend, and what a great recommendation it was! We were all set to tour 2 assisted living communities for my father-in-law, but a few days before the tour things took an unfortunate turn. My husband called Mary Ann and explained the urgency of his dad’s difficult situation. She made a few phone calls and by 5PM that evening we were able to move him into a safe and secure community. A few weeks later, she even helped us to find a community closer to our home. Dad is happy and we greatly appreciate all that Mary Ann has done for us.

She went above board in helping me find suitable placement for my relative. Myra did her best to find the best placement for my cousin. Knowing it would be a very difficult thing to do. May 14,2021Can't say enough about Christa Slatina! She is professional, very caring and really knows her industry. Thanks to her, my mother is now in Blooming Meadows, a small, intimate residential care home that is giving my mother the hands-on, personalized care that she needs. My mother is now thriving! Sadly, the prior home in Gilbert that my mother was in neglected her necessitating my moving her after only three months. I now have peace of mind again. I am so glad that I crossed paths with Christa!

May 13,2021I had a very good experience with CarePatrol. On very short notice, they worked with me to find the right memory care home for my mom. They found openings and provided me information on the ones I was interested in. They quickly showed me 2 places and then another 3 the following day. Very supportive and wanted to find the right fit for us. Excellent customer service! Very responsive to my communication! After my mom moved in, they delivered a gift for my mom and then later followed up to see how she was doing. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

May 13,2021During covid I am sure finding care is a nightmare, but Bonnie made it much easier although the facilities were not always welcoming, bc of covid, which made choices less abundant, I did find a place for Dad.

He showed us several facilities in Cary, NC suited to my mother’s needs. It was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly to our phone and email inquiries. We would absolutely recommend his services to others looking for a senior living facility.
