She was completely professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I am very pleased with the care and concern Emily showed to our family.

This saved us at least 3-4 days of calling and talking to various assisted living communities. By using Care Patrol, we saved ourselves a lot of time and stress. May 11,2021Cas Edmunds, in the Raleigh area, came highly recommended. He was patient, on top of every question I had and very responsive. The decision was not easy and I credit his guidance with the choice I made for my mothers care and it was definitely the correct decision. May 10,2021Judi and Julie were amazing. We had a plan for my mom but it fell through last minute. We were originally working with another service. A local facility recommended Care Patrol instead. In just a few hours, Juli had me set up with multiple facilities to review. A day later we had down-selected and 4 tours were scheduled. Julie joined us on the tours and helped us ask the right questions. After the 3rd tour, we knew we had found the the right place. It definitely helped to have an advocate on the team.

May 10,2021So far just the interactions with Shane have been great. Nothing has come of the suggestions yet, no decision made, but it is a work in progress. I am choosing to trust her as given her name from social worker at local SNF.

They took us on tours of a number of places that met our needs as far as budget and location, and we found the perfect place within a relatively short amount of time. We are very grateful to CarePatrol and highly recommend them.

A very important piece that we wouldn't have been aware of is the potential for VA benefits. Rhonda mentioned this and we will be able to apply when the time comes -- very helpful!

May 08,2021Recently, my wife needed to be placed in memory care due to a recent diagnosis of dementia. Prior to leaving the hospital, Myra from CarePatrol contacted me and explained everything involved with choosing a care facility. She is a good communicator, has an excellent background for this line of work. She was kind and thoughtful every step of the way. Placing your loved one into assisted living is never an easy proposition, but thanks to Myra I believe the transition was as smooth as could be expected. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs help in this kind of situation.

May 12,2021It was so helpful to have the quick response from Michael at Care Patrol when I had questions. Care Patrol knew where the openings were which allowed us to find care for mom quickly when needed. Michael searched based on clear understanding of our need and was as new challenges came up he modified the search criteria. He arranged visits and accompanied us to most visits.
