May 08,2021Amazing. If you are trying to figure out how to navigate what do with a loved one, Eric Klien from Care Patrol is most knowledgeable, caring person you could ever meet. I gave him some information about my mom’s situation and he handled EVERYTHING. He explained all my options, made appointments , had all her medical records, knew the correct questions for each facility. ALL AT NO CHARGE. Money has never been mentioned. This place is amazing! Take a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

May 07,2021My cousin set me up with the care patrol contact, and to call them a life saver would be a total understatement. These completely professional people are what they claim to be. It brings tears to my eyes as i see how well things are working out for Mom. Of course that does not suggest all aspects of Moms new move are without concern or without issues, that would be unrealistic. however, Moms prospect of adapting and adjusting to the change is "excellent". One thing i would suggest, which may seem obvious when choosing a facility, is to keep your 'loved ones needs' at the forefront, and not necessarily what "you" think they need. That was'nt a simple task for me. I nearly placed Mom in a facility which was very quiet, much like right here at home with me. Then it struck me that what i ' can't ' offer Mom is what i needed to be searching for. That took some doing. Trying to project what she "needs" as apposed to what i think she would be okay with, are'nt necessarily the same , at all. I'm very happy with "Hamilton Home" in Redlands California, and thanks to Care Patrol, Mom has a new and better life.

May 07,2021Anthony Coleman did a great job from start to finish, placing my mother in assisted living. He listened to all of our needs, and then went out and found 2 facilities that met our needs in the locations we wanted. More importantly, he was very empathetic and when we finally placed my mother, he still followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and that she was happy. But then Anthony went the extra step and paid a visit to drop off flowers to my mother to welcome her! I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

May 06,2021I found the services of Care Patrol to be very helpful in the process of checking our facilities that were available in my area. I appreciated them making the appointments to visit places and escorting me there. My guide was personable and quick to get back to me. He was patient and listented attentively. Reflecting back, It would have been helpful to be more detailed in helping me develop questions I might ask, or point out things I might wish to observe. I mistakenly thought there would be more guidance and physical help in moving from home to the facility.

May 06,2021I was overwhelmed by the swift and unexpected decline in my husband after routine back surgery followed by a significant stroke. I kept getting sharply divided prognoses from his surgeon, neurosurgeon, physical therapists and nurses. As a gradually realized that home care was out, all other options seemed to be on the table, across the whole spectrum of care institutions. As the weeks went by, Sandy Wake became my lifeline in the search for solutions, even as my husband’s needs constantly changed. At the end, we had to double back and execute a final plan over a weekend, basically. Sandi helped me to a solution I feel very, very good about. Without her, I would never have found it. On top of her expertise, she is wise and compassionate. I couldn’t rate her high enough because the numbers simply don’t reach high enough. I will count her as a blessing in my life forever.

May 08,2021Care patrol was a lifesaver. My 89 year old mother had injured her back and is in the beginning stages of dementia. I didn’t know what to do. Marilyn carefully listened to my mothers needs, informed us as to the different levels of care that are available and asked us where in the Lehigh Valley we were comfortable with. Within a day she had provided us with several locations that met our needs. Once we narrowed down our choices to three assisted living facilities, she immediately set up interviews. Marilyn accompanied us to the interviews, assisted us in asking the questions I had written down, and during the tours it was nice to have an extra set of eyes and ears. She kept in touch, and offered continued support. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone making life choices for their elderly parent.
