May 06,2021Marty was invaluable in identifying places that fit our criteria. She set up all of our visits and made sure that we got answers to our questions. This would have been an arduous task to accomplish without Marty's guidance. Our family members were quite nervous about the move to assisted living, and Marty handled their concerns with empathy and respect. I highly recommend this service for anyone who is seeking information on senior living.

She supported my needs in a timely manner, offered a variety of choices, asked questions I missed of providers; always with a view of my mothers complicated health issues, enabling me to make a difficult, informed decision. I would highly recommend her!

May 05,2021My out of state sister and I (local) needed to find a care facility for my aged brother on short notice. Beth Miller walked us through the daunting process (more than once☺️), since this was all new for us. Returned every call promptly, held our hand the entire way. Professional and supportive and knowledgeable. We truly could not have done this without Beth’s advice and help! Unequivocally recommend Beth and CarePatrol!!

May 05,2021I was really impressed with the help I received. I could text or call and the person would get right back to me, and I called numerous times. And she was so professional but showed that she cared a lot about what I needed. She followed up with everything we would discuss and she recommended other sources to help me too. I will recommend Care Patrol to anybody I know who needs this kind of service. They are an excellent company.

May 05,2021Contacted me at a time when I needed ANY helping hand - loved one in hospital with hospice care. Caressa was diligent with sending overviews of assisted living facilities and nursing facilities and helped to keep me focused. When we were ready to move she was there with moving helpers info. Jack went above and way beyond by physically helping us move chairs, table, etc. I'd hug them if allowed.

May 04,2021Dawn was extremely helpful in finding a new facility for my mother. She considered multiple assisted living facilities and nursing homes to ensure a good match. She also went above and beyond by taking some of my mothers belongings to her room in the new facility that was 45 minutes away. I highly recommend Dawn.

May 04,2021Deana was a wonderful help guiding us to a good place for Mom. She set up a meeting for us with much of the staff at Brookdale and we had ample time for questions. She even checks in on Mom’s situation after move in and with us to see how we’re holding up. I recommend Care Patrol to anyone who needs to move their loved one quickly and safely to a quality care facility

May 04,2021My dad was hospitalized due to a fall and was in need of a facility to be discharged. Due to his dementia he was denied placement and sitting in the hospital for weeks without Medicare insurance. I was referred to CarePatrol and they were so kind, caring and professional. Theresa was so responsive, and was able to locate an adult family home for my dad to be discharged. I was feeling so hopeless until she came along. She was quick, thoughtful and really got the ball rolling. It is unfortunate that people get labeled at the hospital. I found that the CarePatrol looked at my dad as a individual and found him a terrific placement. I am so grateful for this service as I had no where to turn. I think a valuable lesson is not to label a person, but to remember they are a individual who is loved and has family. Thanks again to Theresa and the CarePatrol

This has been a tough journey in which we felt lost, alone, and uneducated in the story of dementia. Cilla not only helped us understand the cycles of the disease but her willingness to work so hard for us to find a facility that accommodated not only the different stages of dementia but also the cost that fit our needs.
