May 03,2021Deanna Barone was wonderful ! We were in a difficult situation where my mom was and she helped us find a place quickly. She continues to be helpful to my sister and I with informing us about education opportunities to learn about Alzheimer’s. She was a godsend at a very difficult time! The neurology office my mom goes to put us in touch with her.

May 03,2021Our family’s experience with CarePatrol was great. We have been in touch with Anthony for a few years, ever since it was apparent that my father would need assisted living. Anthony would check in with us over the year and see if he could help. After the last time my dad entered the hospital, it was evident he wouldn’t be returning home. Anthony worked diligently to match us with an assisted facility center that was appropriate for him and coordinate the transfer of care. We couldn’t be happier with where he is living, the staff that cares for him, or how easy the process was made for us during a difficult time.

Cilla contacted me right away and guided me through a plan and to a location where my parents will be well cared for. I am grateful for how she combined her professional experiences with a personal touch.

May 02,2021Jason listened to my wants and my sister’s ( the actual client’s) needs. He set up the tours at my convenience. He showed me two wonderful facilities, and I chose one that I’m very happy with. Jason had a great tip for me about getting my sister a phone. I’m so glad my friend recommended him. He made a difficult situation so much easier.

May 02,2021Care Patrol did a great job and answered all our questions. They kept us in the loop by communicating with us several times. They set up two Zoom meetings with 2 facilities. They did everything in a timely fashion keeping in mind that we had a short deadline. We appreciated also all the work they did behind the scenes. We were able to have a satisfactory result and have our family member move into a great facility.

May 01,2021Jeff Kelling from Care Patrol was wonderful to work with during our search for a memory care unit for my mother. I learned about Jeff and Care Patrol from the nurse at my parent's church. I am from out of town, so connecting with Jeff was so very helpful. Once my father started working with Jeff, things moved right along. Though overwhelmed with the prospect of having to find memory care for his wife of 70 years, my father reported that Jeff made the whole process easy and understandable. Also, Jeff worked directly with my father but kept me in the loop, as we had agreed when I contacted him originally. I can't think of anything that didn't go very well. Just last weekend we moved my mother into a wonderful memory care facility just 2 miles away from my father's independent living facility and she is doing very well. Thank you to Jeff and Care Patrol for your extremely competent assistance during a potentially stressful time. Gratefully, Nan Bush

May 01,2021There is no doubt the decision to move your loved one is a difficult one. Senior Care Consultant and Certified Dementia Practitioner, BJ DiDonato was BEYOND a blessing through the process. To say this was a long process would be an understatement. Starting in August, 2020, I was not successful in helping my mother in law to be receptive of the Assisted Living option. Even after the last 4 months of Parkinson's progression, she was hesitant. BJ was patient, kind, informative and reassuring that quality of life and safety were of the utmost importance and assisted living could give her both. Thanks to BJ, the move and my mother in laws' transition, was much easier. Her first night went well and the next morning she was very positive about the change. Thank you BJ, for helping our family through one of the most difficult decisions we have had to make and for taking the BEST care of all of us through the entire process.

May 03,2021These ladies know the assisted living business. They earned their keep with my situation. Mother extremely difficult. Tammy and Tammy gave excellent guidance, showed great patience and held everything together for us, all the while having to weather through months of obnoxious lack of cooperation from my mother.
