Her knowledge of the places in the area was so impressive and she could sense what we were looking for. She was available whenever we contacted her and prompt with answers. Her experience in this matter was incredibly valuable.

Apr 29,2021i was referred to CarePatrol by my cousin who used them to find assisted living for his parents. Connie Torres was the person who helped me. She was amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We found a place for my dad, toured it and received all the info I needed all within a few weeks. He is now moved in and all settled in a place that suits his needs.

She found a résidence for my 96 year old father, helped me get him registered, drove me from my hotel to his new residence in Georgia (Tammy is in Canton, Georgia, and I live in Colorado). I would have been lost without her and Care Patrol. She also offered to continue to help should I be of need. Great, great service truly appreciated.

Apr 29,2021Our parents are 91 and 90, and had been living in their own home. Things were getting difficult for them to manage. Our Care Patrol contact, Reza, was extremely patient in answering all our questions. He was accessible, organized and professional. Our family toured 4 different facilities, and our parents chose Sunrise Villa Bradford. They moved in last week, and are enjoying their new place. Their adult children are happy they are safe and comfortable. Thanks so much!

Apr 28,2021David Hood was an invaluable resource in helping me and my dad navigate the process of finding the perfect senior living facility! Not only did he arrange for meetings with the facility we chose, but he became a great sounding board on other concerns regarding my dad’s needs! He would constantly check in to see how things were going- I truly appreciated his support and friendship throughout this process and would definitely recommend his services!

Apr 27,2021I would give 4.5 if I could. They were great, and got Mom into a really nice place very quickly. Our rep worked with different members of my family, so that was great. The only issue my brother had with them was that they seem to have zones or areas that each rep worked, so seeing or getting full info on a place outside our rep's zone was a little tricky (but doable). Our rep did try and accommodate our requests, but the other places were not his specialty. It all worked out fine and we are very pleased.

Apr 27,2021Our consultant did a great job finding what we were looking for, in particular areas of town and scheduling many virtual and in person tours. She did a superb job of explaining everything to our cousin and why he had to move. Also referring a great moving company. Everything was superb. She has been following up with us weekly to help if need be.

I was referred to them on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning after discussing details, I had five suggested locations and two visit appointments set up. Johnathan and Reba are very professional and are caring individuals. They held my hand through the process and answered any questions that I may have had regarding the home. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs assistance! It was a wonderful and blessed experience for my family. Thank you both!

Apr 25,2021Amy, has been wonderful over the years. Over the last five years we have had to move my mom from the hospital after a serious car accident to rehab and two assisted living facilities. And Amy has been very helpful, knowledgeable and answered many questions. She has also help us through some sticky situations and in the process become a friend, as well. Thank you Amy and Care Patrol. The service you offer is beyond what I could have done on my own.

Apr 30,2021I would like to thank Mary Ann Pickell for all her help in choosing the right Assisted Living Home for my mom. We are very happy with Heather Glen and my mom is too, she can't stop talking about their food and the friendliness of the staff and great care!!! Mary Ann is the perfect person for this job and to work with. She really cares about the work she does and shows a great amount of empathy and compassion. This was a decision I thought I would never have to make, but over the past few months there were too many ambulance rides and hospital stays. Mary Ann thoroughly reviewed my moms well being, financial and personality traits and made a few good suggestions based on what she can afford. She was also very helpful on guiding us with the Veterans Assistance and hiring the best agency to help us speed the process up. She also was great answering questions through the application process and she put any worries I had to ease. Mary Ann is wonderful and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We are happy to have found her and move quickly with getting my mom the best care and her forever home. I did not know anything about Care Patrol prior to my mom needing to find a home and it's great to know there is such a service for our elders and families. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
